The room was spacious. Centrally located. Hotel helped us get a car to the airport with a set price of 12€ which was so much better than the metered taxi! Great service!

Hotel praticamente dentro do shopping e do terminal TEG, localização perfeita para quem vai usar ônibus na Albania. Muito novo tudo muito bem cuidado. Um agradecimento especial a Júlia (não sei se assim escreve seu nome) pois nos ajudou com a troca do quarto por uma questão pessoal, ela e sua colega muito simpáticas e prestativas. Apenas a cuidar o isolamento acústico pois há barulho do tráfego da autovia.

Very clean, modern hotel. Everything seems like it's brand new. King bed was super comfortable, highly recommend.
There was a male staff at the front desk who checked us in, we arrived around midnight, he was very friendly and spoke great english.
Location is about a 15 minute drive / taxi into the city centre (be warned of the chaotic roads!)

Thrilled with this budget-friendly hotel! The atmosphere is fantastic, especially when it lights up at night. Getting there without a car might be a bit of a challenge, but despite that, I'm genuinely content with my stay during those few days. Staffs are friendly and helpful

Le séjour a été pas mal même si au début il y a eu un malentendu concernant la réservation que j’ai effectué sur le site. Donc j’avais payé encore une fois sur place puis le deuxième jour je suis allé voir la réception et ils m’ont remboursé

Amazing staff (reception and restaurant), very nice spa, in front of the hotel you have the bus station that takes you to city center, on the other side of the hotel there is the bus station that takes you to Durres city at the beach

The hotel is approx 23 mins from the main square so was a bit of a walk if you wanted to come back to the hotel after a day out and change for dinner. We had early dinners in the centre and came back in the evening to the hotel so did not cause us a problem.
Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were more traditional whilst the bathrooms were very modern with a nice shower.
The bar was quiet but nice, and there is a restaurant within the hotel but we did not try it out.
Breakfast was very good, with fried eggs/omelette, sausage and bacon, bread and jams, great fruit and pastries, yoghurt etc. Eating a good breakfast meant that we did not stop for food during the day and had an early dinner.
There was a problem with the hotel pickup but that affected a number of people as we arrived at Tirana airport just before the US Secretary of State. Just one of those things. Returning to the airport was fine which the hotel organised as well as printing boarding passes as mobile versions are not yet allowed at the airport.
Really enjoyed our stay here and as long as you don’t mind the walk to the centre the hotel is great.

ХХанамОчень много минусов начнём с основных если вы блондинка, пожалуйста оденьте шапочку если вы пойдёте в бассейн. У меня пепельный блонд который я добивалась много лет, но после их бассейна мои волосы окрасились в зелёный цвет. Что они добавляют в бассейн я не знаю!
В момент заселения при оплате $ наличными, мне сказали мы принимаем либо местную валюту либо €. Я решила оплатить картой, но гостиница сверху взяла 30$, я заметила не сразу но как только заметила написала в техподдержку. Когда техподдержка связалась с гостиницей гостиница отрицала что взяли с меня сверху 30 $. При том что у меня есть чек об оплате на 30 $ больше и плюс банковская выписка. Они отрицали что взяли 30 $ с меня при том что у меня есть все доказательства. Когда же я лично пошла на ресепшен разбираться мне они сказали что это не они взяли 30 $ а они должны были взять 30 $ потому что у них идёт конвертация с доллара на евро с евро на их местную валюту и это конвертация будет стоить 30 $. Но якобы эту сумму выставляет мне банк а не сама гостиница хотя сам счёт выставлен от имени гостиницы. Мне это абсолютно не понравилось. В номерах не было тапочек, кстати они не отрицали что у них нет тапочек. Очень странное поведение персонала. Завтраки у них длятся всего лишь 2 часа и стоит 10€, но почему-то завтрак максимально скудный проще на эту же сумму позавтракать в соседнем кафе.

Oorganic holidays and Zen lifehotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.

Xx.ImanI kid you not, albeit short, this was the best experience I’ve had at a hotel in a looooong time. Compliments to the staff above all!! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was very inviting, friendly and treated me like family. That and the fact that the room and the grounds were amazing is like the biggest plus. Their ethos of from farm to table is alive and well in all their food and drink (I LOOOVED the sourdough).
If you read nothing else, all the amenities you’d ever need are available, luxurious and spacious rooms, amazing food and great courtyard, and hospitable and lovely staff, I can’t wait to come back to Albania just to experience this beautiful stay again!

There is no front desk but Arber who looks after the place was very friendly and his directions to find and enter the place was very easy to follow and we found the apartment very easily. He also runs a very nice bar that's at the bottom of the apartment complex. The apartment is in a very good location and very near the city centre, a 5 minute walk away. It was very clean and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable and a good night's sleep was achieved. Apartment came with its on kitchen which was very handy. Would absolutely recommend and will book again if I go back to tirana.
