I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and it comes with a wonderful breakfast! Staff is friendly and very helpful when needed. The beds are very comfortable, and a blankets are warm!

Great location nice hotel. Could use a little refresh.

We picked this place for price and location. We didn’t expect to wake up to a broken hose on the toilet and all of our clothes soaked. They did give us a plastic bag to put wet clothes in… but no offer of even a partial refund.

Best hotel since we’ve traveled over the holidays. This was a good midway stop for us to take a rest before heading home. Staff was super nice, breakfast was included even if they originally said it wasn’t, parking was free/available (no extra surcharge), hotel was super clean and layout was nice, they provide Starbucks coffee in your room (for those coffee lovers) and they have a good coffee machine as complimentary that you can grab at anytime. They have a vending machine for you to grab any snacks if needed on your floor. The price was worth it. I would 100% stay here again! Springfield also introduced me to a few fun activities around the area as well so it’s definitely a place to go visit and if so I recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff and an enjoyable, peaceful atmosphere! We've stayed here before, and it was a pleasure to come back again for a brief stop.

This was the best hotel trip I've been on since my cancer. The customer service was Awesome!!! So much interaction with the staff during our time there. From checking in to breakfast and the bar host down to the cleaning staff made our stay so much enjoyable. Thank you all we needed that. And on top of that it was our 17th wedding anniversary.

Hotel wasn't very clean but it was at a very convenient location.

Great service, great location for the area, but the hotel and facilities are a bit dated and in need of a refresh, but everything was clean and well maintained. Shower pressure was good and beds were comfortable.

The stay was wonderful and the staff was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable.
