Erittäin hiljainen ympäristö upeilla maisemilla. Olemme onnekkaita, että pystyimme näkemään revontulet kirkkaalla taivaalla. Erittäin avulias sisäänkirjautumisen henkilökunta ja erittäin mukava illallinen ja aamiainen 😋

Sisäänkirjautumisen henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja prosessi on nopea. Pyynnöstä he avasivat yläkerran kerrossängyn, koska lapseni piti yläkerran sängystä omana sänkynään. Näkymä huoneen ikkunasta on mukava, Tromssan ranta näkyy. Yöllä oli myös hyvä sää ja pystyimme näkemään pohjoisen valon aivan hotellin ulkopuolella.

Nice hotel, friendly staff at the counter and helpful as well. Theres a bus from evenes airport to thon hotel and a short 5 min walk to the hotel. Breakfast is good, there is also an option to do lunch takeaway

Just 3 mins drive from the airport. There's a mall walkable around 7-8 mins and there's public bus to the city centre. Parking lots available and chargeable. They have a common area at the top of the hotel with great view. Guest can use the common area to do own stuff - reading, working, playing board games and there's free coffee and water. If lucky, you can watch aurora from the roof.

The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of choices including non‑gluten options. The room was a decent size and very clean. The location is convenient — within about 15 minutes you can reach many shops and restaurants. If I return to Tromsø, I will definitely stay at the Dock again!

Simple cozy place nearby the area of Sommarøy, with a nearby convenience store for any replenishments! My wife and I went via car, so we cannot advise on the way to get there via bus.
Parking is free, right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there was a good spread, with the restaurant serving dinner. Our time was short, we didn't manage to try the sauna facilities. We would have loved to stay a couple more nights!

We tried to talk to the front desk but it was late in the afternoon and we were told no one from room service is there and we can’t change room cos they full….
Even though the next day in the morning a bus full of tourists came and I don’t believe that many checked out in few hours
Again location is good, but it is not a cheap price you’re paying for the bare minimum of cleanliness

TTurkmenbashiAn unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room.
Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling...
With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

VVieraskäyttäjäA hotel that is located conveniently to many pick up points for tours. Grocery stores, 7-11 and restaurants are also located nearby. Simple amenities such as shampoo/body soap, towels, hairdryer are available. Love it that there is breakfast and dinner that comes together with your stay. Nothing too fancy but good enough to fill your bellies considering the restaurants are quite pricey. You will need to get hot water on your own at the dispenser as there are no kettle in the room. Reception was always friendly in answering any questions, and even helped with my cab booking to the airport. Worth it for the price, would stay here again.

The lobby is ”super” small with no design theme (for what that matters).
My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that.
Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep!
The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there.
The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them.
I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night.

CChris LumThis was a great location slightly out of the city to catch the Northern Lights without going on a tour (we saw it two nights out of five! Cabins were well kept and clean, we were two adults and two teens and there was enough space for everyone. It is 10mins walk to the bus stop to the city, of 40mins walk across the bridge to the city, both of which were manageable for us. Note that there aren’t many restaurants nearby. All in I was extremely happy we chose this place for the Tromso leg of our trip.

EEd999Stayed for 3 nights. Was upgraded from standard room to superior room. Hotel reception are friendly, particularly Amalie which has bubbly character, it was a great experience dealing with her, great start for my stay. Nice, warm and comfortable room. This room type has a Nespresso machine, you can also make tea with the kettle provided. Good breakfast, plenty of choices including fried rice. There is a sauna and gym with majestic view. Airport bus dropped me off directly just opposite this hotel. The pick up point for most northern light tours are nearby. Overall it was a great stay and highly recommended.
