Having turned up after 1am I was bowled over that the check in process took less than 60 seconds. The consultant had all my info so didn’t need to open my bags. That along with a good (albeit short) sleep and delicious breakfast made for a comfortable stay.

Great hotel for early flights, would be impossible to be closer to airport. Room was quiet, beds were comfortable & staff friendly. We didn't use restaurant so cannot comment on that. My only suggested improvement would be to serve breakfast from 4 rather than 5 (given flight times & recommendation for non Schengen passengers with luggage to be there 3 hours early, this small change would mean those on 7:30 flights could also have breakfast).

Experience was positive apart from an issue about whether the cost of the additional cabin baggage had been pId
I believe I hD paid £54 to cover I ward and outward costs but was told it was not. So had to pay 700 kroner for 2 bags can you clarify.

Good hotel with great location a few hundred meters from the arrival area in Oslo airport.
But confusing, as they have 2 hotels on different sides of the airport - names are almost the same. Could they be consequent call them BLU and RED - and have signs also showing this?

Hyvä hotelli yhdelle yölle lahjoittautua. Hieman kaukana kaupungista ja ei paljon ympäri. Hotellilla on suuri aamiainen leviää jotain kaikille. Se on myös lasten toiminta-alue, joka piti pieniä busy.yli kaikki hyvä kokemus

Hotel offers unlimited espresso coffee and tea so thumbs up!
Bar and restaurant available at hotel but no public work area.
Loud music at 3am. But that’s guest problem not hotel management ~
Must say best breakfast so far in all the hotels I’ve stayed at this trip in Europe.

LLuke VidBooked a night with my dad as we were in Norway for the Crystal Palace match, all seemed well when we arrived early in the morning and dropped our bags off before heading off for the game.
Upon returning in the evening, we went to check in and the self-check in kicked us out at the final steps three times - don’t offer this if it doesn’t work.
The staff were pleasant enough despite dealing with arrogant airline stewardesses (something I feel is a regular occurrence as they butt in front of us run-of-the-mill residents).
Heading up to the room my dad and I were greeted with a double bed DESPITE specifically booking a twin room and then being told that they were fully booked so we couldn’t be moved - don’t offer the choice of beds if you won’t / can’t accommodate it, it’s not fair on the paying guests who assume they will be met with what they’ve paid for.
The room itself was nice enough and perfect for the one night, it’s just a shame that the tech has let the hotel down from checking in, to having the correct room.
If this was rectified I’d recommend, but based on my experience, I’d try elsewhere first.

VVieraskäyttäjäWonderful and fantastic hotel. I stayed uppermost all inclusive hotels in Turkey many times and I wittnessed such a good breakfast rarely. Celebrating them for such a good job. They also helped us and my children to see the ski resort and I think I will visit this facility for only ski next time. One thing I can criticize is the lack of the guidance for reaching to the hotel form Lorenskog train station because the ramps are very tiring for people with luggages. Fortunately a Norwegian citizen got our condition and directed us to the back of the hotel and saved us from going ramping up. Also there is no public transport from Lorenskog train station to such a good hotel. I hope they consider my opinions and take care about that.
