Hyvä oleskelu! Hotelli oli erittäin mukava, kanssa ihana aamiainen, joka alkoi hyvin. Sängyt olivat täydellisiä; meillä oli suuri uni. Varmasti suositteli rento ja hieno yö.

In een prachtig gebouw een prima en royale economykamer gehad. Goede douchefaciliteiten. De medewerkers aan de receptie zijn voorkomend. Gevraagd om een waterkoker en kregen toen meteen de vraag of we ook bekertjes en theezakjes wilden. Wij konden vanuit hier weer heerlijk uitgerust verder met de Dutch Mountain Trail.

Hyvä hotellihuoneet. Hyvää makuuhuonetta, kaksi henkilöä näytti varmasti kauniilta. Meillä oli tilava huone.
Kaunis kylpyhuone ei ole mitään vikaa. Aamiainen oli laaja ja kaunis ruoka. Keskukseen 15 min kävely. Eläintarha 15 min kävely. Mundo verde 20 min polkupyörä. Kaunis pyörä/kävelyympäristö. Jäämme 4 päivää

I read lots of reviews before booking this place and wasn’t disappointed at all. It’s located very near to the train station so you don’t have to walk far. This is by far one of the best hostels I have stayed in! The bunk bed cabins gave adequate privacy, the showers were strong and with hot water, the breakfast (which can be added for €14) was great.
Then staff were also very friendly and helpful. If you need to wash your clothes, they have a washing machine that can be used.
The common area was very cozy with lotsa greenery around you.
Highly recommend to stay here if you’re in Maastricht.

My stay at the Leonardo boutique was absolutely fantastic. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless and pleasant.

洞窟のクリスマスマーケットに行くために1泊しました。
教会の後ろ部分をリノベーションしたばかりで、綺麗で清潔でした。
駅からも、街のセンター街からも徒歩圏内です。
朝食はシンプルでも美味しく、開放感があり、夜は軽くバー利用しましたが、スタッフはプロフェッショナルで、気持ち良く過ごしました。
また行く機会があれば利用します。

Wat een heerlijk verblijf. We hadden geboekt voor 2 nachten. Je kunt 3 hele dagen gebruik maken van de wellness! Schitterend hotel en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Stadje Valkenburg op steenworp afstand, ideaal! We komen zeker terug!

VVieraskäyttäjäHotel Monastère is vlak naast de markt gelegen. En daarom zeer goed te bereiken met het ov. De kamer was prachtig klassiek ingericht. Het gevoel van de gouden eeuw. Maar dan met alle gemakken van nu. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en betaalbaar. Het enige kleine minpuntje dat ik zou kunnen bedenken is dat de voegen in de douche iets schoner kunnen. Maar al met al echt een aanrader. Ik zou volgende keer weer hier willen logeren.

PPalomitaThe hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. We arrived earlier than 3 o'clock but were still able to check in because the room was ready. The room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

VVieraskäyttäjäVery nice reception guy , it is not his job because you have to check-inn by yourself , but he helped us out ..Rooms are a bit old and must be updated. We understand what they like todo with the old furniture but this can be done better. The small carpet(?) in the front of the bed was not clean and full of dirty spots. The floor had a lot of wear and tear, TV is not big, more laptop size and our remote control was not working, also the shower is with very low water pressure , better take your time. By the way there is a very nice ”breakfast” woman, who wished us a great day.
This Hotel has a lot of potential but needs an upgrade, broken chair in the hall first floor is not the best income to your room. 4 star rating is not the right level..for the total..

BUT :
1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours.
2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment.
3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception!
Not the right attitude for a service organization.
