Hotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily.

The insulation of this hotel is terrible you can hear everything from outside and from the hallways of the hotel, they really need to replace the doors of the rooms and windows.

La vista de la ciudad es increible, es caro pero totalmente vale la pena.
Los tragos en el bar son buenisimos y esta ubicado en una zona de Chihuahua muy bonita. Lo unico que si es que las almohadas no eran super comodas pero el resto era 10 de 10!

Hotel was ok. Elevator broke down multiple times and was extremely rough when working. It sometimes stopped to early and you had a 6inch step up to the floor. Hallways were usually fairly dirty. Room was ok. Maintenance of room was a little lacking. Toilet didn’t flush right. Carpet was never vacuumed. Never had the right number of towels for people in the room. I believe this os a management issue because what the maid did clean was done well.

La puerta de entrada estacionamiento muy mal no funciona se queda abierta y deben de tenerle chapa de seguridad para que solo tengan acceso los huespedes . Y diempre sl salir esta lleno de basura siempre y los ctos les falta mucha luz y el personal muy amable todos desayuno muy bien y muy bien ubicado el hotel todo cercas rest. Tiendas Bancos Etc etc baizzzz

The staff is nice and helpful . The room is clean . The location is far from consulate.Take about 10-15 minutes drive .The food there is good . Like the waffles . And the juice and fruit . For my trip purposes wasn’t good ideas. Cross street have some shop and market .

They take you to get documents sorted like the Fiscalia, and it’s walkable distance to a lot of food places and Liverpool which is a very nice mall. They also have an iron to iron clothes and they provide you with water bottles. You can also wash your clothes, they only charge for the soap, they have printers you can use for a small charge. Everyone was very considerate and if you ask them anything they can tell you what you need and where to go. Thank you so much for a comforting stay.

The staff is very friendly and prompt to help with any issue/question you may have.
The rooms are very clean

Area of improvement
It would be nice if they provide enough coffee kits for the persons at the room. There were 2 of us in the room and there was coffee only for one person. We ask for one more kit , and were told it would be an extra charge !

ММакс МаксовWe stayed in three different hotels in Khures this trip. This hotel was the best. Don't be fooled by its proximity to the consulate; it's only a short walk away, and a car can deliver from the hotel itself. If we come back, we'll definitely stay here. By the way, there are some very decent restaurants within a 2-minute walk.

OOlivia LozaFood at tge restaurant eas really good, great selecti on, reasonable prices and portions were bigger than standar serving size. For breakfast we tried Chilaquiles and eggs, came with beans too.
For dinner we had the tacos sirloin, apeticers cant remember the nane but, the portion for 2 people were more t h an enough, so we share with a friend of us,.
