1) arrived by car and nobody answered the intercom . When I eventually made it to the reception I was told like an ***** that I had to telephone a local hotel number to raise the barrier. Inside were 40 spaces and reversing from the steep ramp was all but impossible. Luckily after 10 minutes a fellow traveller lent me an access card. Hotel should message traveller's that the garage intercom is permanently broken. Especially as it's 200 metres distance around the back from the hotel reception.
2) check in spoke to my like a child when I said I didn't want a noisy room on the side facing the main entry road into Downtown. Eventually I got a quiet back facing room.
Value for money is good , but the welcoming reception is average. Never once got a smile from any receptionist.

5mins drive away from the bus and train station but it is walkable to the centre. Hotel room has really good space and sound proving. Breakfast has a lot of choices and good quality.
Overall, a very good hotel.

The entire building is beautiful, particularly the paintings on the wall. Delicious breakfast and amazing staff both in the reception and restaurant.
The bar and restaurant area have a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
We stayed in a family room which was big and full of furniture. Not sure about the layout of the bathroom as shampoo and shower gel were fixed by the sink away from the shower cube. We were happy about the fridge that was cold enough for soft drinks/beer and the air conditioning which we could change temperature ourselves. Overall, we had the pleasure of staying in Hotel Keto. 👍😉

The hotel and all other services were good apart from the air conditioning. When we asked for lower temperature setting, the hotel said that the temperature is centralised and is set to hot mode. We couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäReseptti ja lobba ovat hyvin kunnossa. Joka tapauksessa tehdä aateliainen vaikutelma. Huoneet ovat kuitenkin kauheat. Teppi on erittäin likainen ja en halua aloittaa kylpyhuoneesta. Siellä on suihku sieni, suihku on 3 ominaisuuksia, kaikki reiät juoksevat vettä, vastaavasti paine on heikko. Samoin se tapahtuu pesukone. Ei saippua, mutta saippua kuori. Klobriili oli pienempi kuin klo itse. Meillä oli Deluxe huone ja oli 2, se oli vain tuoli parvekkeella. Aamiainen koostui buffet ja 10 € â henkilö ei ole sen arvoinen. Lämmin ruoka oli aina kylmä, leipä oli niin kuiva kuin edellinen päivä.

PPiaoxu47店地理位置一般，不在市中心，周邊也沒有任何餐館。晚飯衹能在酒店解決，自助餐是18歐/人。也有餐廳，可以單獨點餐。幾乎沒有熱菜，人均15歐，基本都是冷盤，估計是服務員從自助餐廳拿的。
房間還算OK，衞生間乾濕分離 晚上睡覺蠻安靜的。畢竟是五星酒店。有桑拿房和泳池，加分。第二天自助早餐豐盛，不錯。

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and they speak excellent English.
It's a fairly budget option with a good location, a 15-minute walk from the train/bus station.
They even offered a double bed in the room instead of a single bed, which was very nice.
Only positive impressions! Definitely worth returning.

The A/C only worked sometimes and displayed an error code other times. Also, the carpets and walls were really badly stained. Finally, the shower leaked a lot.
