Great location, close to the seafood market and within walking distance of the station. However, the check in process took unnecessarily long time. There was only one staff at the counter and a small groups of 4 guests occupied the 2 check-in machines for a long time, one even without passport and had walked out from the hotel’s front door to look for passport. Yet, the staff didn’t ask them to step aside from the machine. Another Japanese gentleman, also showed frustration while waiting, asked loudly for assistance. We eventually also had to stop a staff member for manual check‑in, which took only 2 minutes. Meanwhile, that same group continued asking about wechat, dinner suggestion, and breakfast venue right in front of the check-in machines. If we didn’t proactively ask for help, then it would take even longer to stand in the line! This was the last thing travelers needed when finally arriving the hotel from a long journey in winter night.

I loved this hotel. It’s one of the best cost-effective options I’ve stayed at. The room was clean, well equipped, very comfortable, and the amenities were great. The location is also very convenient. Unfortunately, I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Jr and local trains are 5 mins walk. Food in abundance under and street level. Convenient store next to hotel entrance. Room wise big enough for suite case to open and a dress cabinet for storage. Bedding can improve (dated). Else a good hotel to rest for 2 nites. Staff were extremely polite and helpful.

A great value for money stay in Kanazawa that is just about 5 minutes from Omicho Market and its bus stops that can take you to all the major spots in Kanazawa. A cozy comfortable stay which I will definitely highly consider staying again if I get the chance to go back to Kanazawa. Service was of high standard and the free coffee machine at the lobby was a great plus. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have had a 3-night stay at this Hotel Wing International Premium Kanazawa Ekimae Room #1105 from 8 to 11 October 2025. The Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away from the Kanazawa Station (which has a beautiful structure called the Drum Gate). Its reception is located on the 13th Floor, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 3 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in English. As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with food courts are within walking distance, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the popular Omicho Market and the historic old town site. The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the bathroom - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower. The Hotel also provides free drinks (coffee and green tea) at the reception throughout morning till night. At SGD S$68 per night, we find it very value for money, and we will choose to stay here if we travel to Kanazawa again.

Stay here for 3 night. Room with breakfast. No variation for their breakfast. Every day is with the same dishes. Also the staff at the reception are not helpful despite asking if there are e available parking lot that can be made available since there are guest checking out. But they insist for us to drive the car from the affiliate parking lot to the hotel to book the space first despite that we told them we are heading out. There is no point for us to just drive the car here and eventually we are still going to drive out isn’t it. They could have just took our car particulars and secure the lot. Very unhelpful young staff till a nicer Japanese older lady willing to assist us.

まず駐車場の場所を尋ねたところ、フロントの方が地図で場所や料金の説明を丁寧にしてくれました。 鍵の説明や喫煙場所を教えてくださったりと、とても親切な対応でした。 リーズナブルなのに無料で朝食も付いており、得した気分でした、 また金沢に来る機会がありましたら、利用したいホテルでした。

Inside the hotel decorated for Japanese style. There are various kinds of breakfast sashimi , tempura. It's very delicious. And hotel service for night Soba. It's very good. Good experience for me when visiting Kanazawa. There is Auto Parking lot at back side of hotel.

Normaali hotelli melko lähellä junaa ja bussivasemmista. Kuitenkin huoneet ovat pieniä ja seinät ovat paksuja, että voit kuulla kiiltävä huone lattialla. Huoneet ovat puhtaat, on pieni tv ja pieni kylpyhuone. Yleinen hotelli on lähellä rautatieasemaa ja moottoripysäkkiä. Mutta huone on pieni, seinät ovat hyvin tyhjät ja ääni voi kuulla lattialla. Huone on puhdas, TV ja kylpyhuone ovat pieniä.

Tämä oli meidän toinen oleskelu My Stay hotellissa Japanissa ja emme olleet pettyneitä. Oikeassa keskellä Kanazawa, jossa on paljon bussipistoksia lähellä. Henkilöstö puhuu englanti ja selittänyt kaiken selvästi. Huone oli perustavanlaatuinen, mutta sillä oli kaikki tarvittavat tilat: jääkaappi, keittiö, lämmitys, kuuma vesi, pyyhkeet ja monet wc-huoneet. Ainoa asia on, että jotkut huoneet kuten meidän kasvojen kadulla, joka on hieman meluisa yöllä. Hyvin suositeltu.
