Hotellit mukavuudella Aamiainen maassa Italia, provinssissa Veneto

Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating. The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia). The hotel itself was very clean but: - The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor. - Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom! - Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside. - The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush - Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

Leider an der Autobahn und damit laut. Die Badewanne wurde erfolglos versucht mit Farbe zu reparieren. Die Farbe hat sich großflächig abgelöst. Ein NoGo für ein 4 Sterne Hotel

Room is big with fancy decorations but some places still have many dust. Got small fridge , only 1 lift is working when we reached. 1.5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage

Koska olin matkalla äitini kanssa, keskityin kuljetuksiin ja valitsin Hotel Plazan aivan aseman edessä, mielestäni se oli todella hyvä valinta! Heti kun pääset Venezia Inniin, kävellä kestää alle minuutti, ja on erittäin kätevää ja hienoa mennä Venetsian pääsaarelle. Huone on puhdas ja tilava, joten voit levätä mukavasti, ja lähellä on ravintoloita, joten suosittelen tätä majoitusta! Se on hienoa, koska voit kirjautua ulos, jättää matkatavarasi ja katsoa ympärillesi ennen matkatavaroiden noutoa!

The hotel was clean and the service was amazing, all the staff were super friendly and helpful which definitely contributed to an amazing user experience. The location though is not the most convenient as it is not close to any major cities but since most get here by car this is not a big issue. Next to the hotel there is also a decently sized mall where you will find a Laundry store, a supermarket and a grocery store within walking distance.

Hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi Veronan keskustaan 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Hotellissa on ilmainen pysäköinti, ystävällinen ja avulias vastaanottohenkilökunta sekä yleisesti ottaen hyvin varustetut ja hyvin sisustetut huoneet. Olen yöpynyt täällä aiemmin työmatkalla, ja nautin myös ravintolasta, joka ei ole huono, mutta ei maailmanloppukaan... Huonesta ja tästä varauksesta voin sanoa: PLUSSAT Erittäin kätevä sisäänkirjautuminen verkossa, kätevä ovenavaus puhelimitse, siisti, tilava huone, jossa on televisio ja jääkaappi (kyllä, jääkaappi, ei minijääkaappi... todella iso!). MIINUKSET Jääkaappi täysin tyhjä (en puhu samppanjasta... mutta ainakin pieni vesipullo olisi tervetullut!). Ei ilmaisia kylpytuotteita kylpyhuoneessa, ei tohveleita, ei suihkumyssyjä, ei edes vanupuikkoja, ei yhtään mitään... Kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä hotelli ottaen huomioon sijainnin ja hinta-laatusuhteen, varsinkin kun huoneet ovat alennuksessa tavallista halvemmalla hinnalla.

The room is clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly. However, the breakfast is very disappointing and the amenities are lacking, like a 2-3 star hotel. (1) They seem to have cut back significantly on the amenities. For example, past reviewers mentioned slippers, but there are no slippers provided. Past reviewers also mentioned an in-room coffee maker with capsules. Now, only instant coffee is provided. But, there is a big bottle of water in the refrigerator, free of charge for guests. (2) The biggest disappointment is the breakfast. Coffee does not taste good, in particular in a coffee-loving country. Italian breakfast usually comes with a lot of bread/cakes. The pastries are horrible, not fresh at all and even taste worse than those we bought at local grocery stores. I saw many guests at neighboring tables cannot finish the pastry (a really waste of food) since they really taste horrible. Greek yogurt is lacking. Bacon is very difficult to chew. Overall, on the surface, it looks like there are many items, but most of them have poor quality.

It is a good hotel in this beautiful city. I choose this hotel every time when I am going that area
