I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need to stay close to the airport. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Everything felt modern and well managed. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient—close to Airport, 10 min from the IGI. They provide you Airport pickup and drop facility as well.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

The room is nice, service good, staff friendly. But the food is no way up to tue quality expected for this establishment. The buffet is positively booting. At £50 per person per dinner I was quite disappointed, as was my family. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to wrote home about. I was expecting more for this cost.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Close to the Airport. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!

The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt.
