A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was provided as a complimentary service. The room was generally clean, although the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to remove the lid to let the water drain. The food was generally great with a good variety of options. However, the fried rice and sautéed vegetables were a bit too dry.

Nice Location, near to airport. Also hotel have provided free shuttle Van to Airport, which is very convenient to those wanna travel early to airport.

I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. We stayed one night at the Anara Hotel. Great location if you have a connecting flight the next day! The room was well insulated; you couldn't hear anything from the airport.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

From my POV good hotels but not great. A bit noisy from other rooms, perhaps the walls are a bit thin. Breakfast was so-so and needed some improvements. The room I can't say is clean, because I found some small pieces of black tiny dirt. The pool is too small for over 100 rooms. Well overall it was okay.

It was my first stay in Aston since I switched last year stayed hotel this time. After two nights in Aston, my selection this time is a good choice. I will stay again Aston if I come visit nearby in future.

Located in Serpong, the hotel is far from bustling of a city thus gave you a serene stay here. Were greeted by Nining who processed my check in fast and hassle free. We were awed with the room with its design. Likewise for the toilet. We had a room with unblock view, overseeing the flyover across the hotel. The hotel also provided room service 24/7, making you accompanied with food whenever you are hungry at night. The breakfast was decent. Not really sure if the menu is rotated as we only had 1 night stay in this hotel.
