I had an excellent stay at FM7 Resort Hotel – Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are impressive, especially the pool and spa. What truly makes the stay outstanding is the exceptional service. Randy, Cyndi, and Aulia were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing from the airport. The hotel was very near with the airport and the free shuttle bus was very accomodating. For budget traveller it is good, but do not expect too much. The bus provided was very old van with no aircondition, but as long as you can reach the airport on time then it is acceptable. The hotel provide very basic amenities as for transit hotel. However, at night you can hear the noise like plate/spoon or pipe clattering and people's chatting.im not sure if it was sound from kitchen or the other room beside us. And the room got mosquitos. Overall the room okay.

A good base if you have transit or early morning flight to catch out of Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. Please be aware that there are 2 Anara Hotels, 1 is slightly the older one located attached & near to International Departure called simply Anara & this one, a newer one (opened in 2025) called Grand Anara (near domestic departure). Grand Anara iş slightly cheaper & has a pool. Despite its location closer to Domestic flight area but as it is in the same terminal with international departure. We stayed there to catch an early morning flight to Japan. Room is quite spacious, very comfy bed & good shower as well. We did not try their Restaurant as there are plenty of restaurants at the Terminal 3 building just a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again for transit or early flight.

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. 

The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was provided as a complimentary service. The room was generally clean, although the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to remove the lid to let the water drain. The food was generally great with a good variety of options. However, the fried rice and sautéed vegetables were a bit too dry.

We stayed one night at the Anara Hotel. Great location if you have a connecting flight the next day! The room was well insulated; you couldn't hear anything from the airport.

Location is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call....

The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip and had a comfortable experience. The room was well maintained, the working environment was convenient, and the service was professional. The location made commuting easy, which added value to the stay.

Nice Location, near to airport. Also hotel have provided free shuttle Van to Airport, which is very convenient to those wanna travel early to airport.
