I was traveling with my daughter (youth). Our priority for hotel is location, near train station and safe for 2 female travelers. Le Grand’s location is fantastic, right opposite the train station and beside walking streets, everything was within walking distance. Take the local metro was also very convenient as it’s just at the main train station. The breakfast buffet was also good.

Pas de salé au petit déjeuner le dimanche matin.
Manque d'hygiène pour le pain. Tout le monde le touche pour pouvoir le couper.
Chambre lit oriente face a la fenêtre avec balcon traversant. Tout le monde profite des vues sur chambre.
Aucune climatisation, il faisait très chaud mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre le monde passe sur le balcon.
Dommage le cadre verdoyant extérieur est sympa.
Fortement déçus.

Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality, particularly the cremant. Location in the heart of the old quarter cannot be beat. We were given the room on the ground floor, ideal for people with heavy luggage. Noise was not a problem in mid-March. Would love to stay here again.

When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast.
However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145.
No details printed.
They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me!
We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked earlier via Trip.com.

我們到歐洲自駕遊的旅途中在這裏留下了深刻的美好印象。酒店內裝飾具有法蘭西傳統藝術風格，古樸中流露着浪漫與熱情。前台的帥哥更是給予我們很熱情親切的接待，先讓我們看了房間，介紹了生活設施。房間用品都很乾凈，暖氣也很熱，這對於冬季自駕遊的我們來説很重要。酒店的位置距離商業中心很近，環境幽靜，交通便利。周圍還有大型超市，購物也非常便利。院內有寬敞的停車場，還是免費的，晚上要關閉院落大門，因此給人安全感。我們很喜歡這家酒店，原來訂1天，後來又續訂1天。由於大意，在續訂時我們發生了重複下單的失誤，帥哥為我們及時糾正，避免了損失。
選擇這家酒店，是我們旅途中的一次幸運。祝酒店生意興隆！聖誕快樂！

Tout était très bien. Nous avons passé une nuit, pour plus, quelques rangements de plus seraient bien venus.
Nous avons un peu tourné en rond pour y arriver, le gps ne nous a pas donné la route jusqu’au parking.
Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
Petit déjeuné très bien servi.

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.

Friendly welcome. Good location easy to access to the center. Breakfast buffet was nice large selection of bread, jam, yogurt etc. Only 3 items on hotside buffet( scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages ).
Overall i enjoy one night stay.
Recommended.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

VVieraskäyttäjäHad a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.
The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.
The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.
The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.
The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.
Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual.
All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.

The room was sizeable and comfortable for a couple, with enough room to open up two luggage bags on the floor. EExploreWithMoThe location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away.The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small.The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.

LLydia EngVery spacious room . Love the hotel location. Hidden away from the busy streets. Breakfast is not too bad. The river cruise is just located infront of the hotel. The Notre-Dame cathedral is just minutes of walk away . Many museums around us. Many lovely restaurants and shopping streets just minutes away. Will definitely come back and stay again.

JJ. GellerThe location is great, very central and the paid parking garage is very close by. Even though we had booked with parking, parking apparently was full. The hotel as such is pleasant but outdated and needs a refurbishing. The door between hotel room and aisle is not insulating at all so you can hear any conversation outside. Beds are not great but ok. What we did like was the ability to drop off our luggage at the storage room.
