Hotellit mukavuudella Aamiainen maassa Kiina, provinssissa Shaanxi

Hyvin lähellä kellotornia, pyöreän aukion maanalainen käytävä on aivan sen ulkopuolella, ja se on myös hyvin lähellä metroa. Sieltä on erittäin kätevä mennä minne tahansa. Lähistöllä on liikaa ruokapaikkoja. Varasin tämän paikan mennäkseni vesiputoukselle seuraavana aamuna. Tapaamispaikka on aivan sen vieressä, mikä on erittäin kätevää. Haluamani hiljainen huone ei ole pääkadulle päin. Yksi huono asia on, että ilmastointi ei pysty säätämään lämmintä ja kylmää ilmaa itse. Koska Xi'anissa on kuuma tänä vuodenaikana, keskusilmastointilaite käynnistää vain kylmän ilman, mikä on hieman liian kylmää, joten minun piti sammuttaa ilmastointi. Muut oleskelut ovat erittäin mukavia. Huoneessa on suoraan juomavettä, ja hissin sisäänkäynnillä on rajattomasti pullotettua vettä. Terrakottasotilaiden selitystä käytettiin myös sunnuntaina. Ihmisiä ei ollut paljon, 7 ihmistä, mikä oli myös hienoa!

Excellent location, close to City Wall Entrance, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, eateries everywhere, can’t fault the location. I booked a room with excellent view however the window can’t cancel out the traffic noise. So it is okay if you could sleep through the noisy traffic, I was given a pair of earplugs but can’t sleep with them on anyway . Ashtray with bin are available outside the lift area so cigarette smell lingers, it should not be allowed to smoke indoor. My partner didn’t enjoy the cold cooked fried egg, sausages nor the cold bacon. Fried eggs should be cooked to order. English tea bags were not available until I asked. Tables on the balcony were not cleared so it was messy. We certainly enjoyed the smart toilet and a lady even ironed my partner’s t-shirts for free. The staff at the reception were sympathetic especially someone was clearing up Chinese New Year decorations at 3:30 in the morning, disturbed sleep again. The girl was very kind and offered me a souvenir.

I recently stayed at the Chalet Hotel (Xi’an Bell and Drum Tower) and it was easily the highlight of the trip. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of location, style, and comfort, this is it. First off, the location is unbeatable. You are steps away from the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter, which made popping out for late-night snacks or sunrise photos incredibly easy. Even though it's right in the heart of the action, the room was surprisingly quiet and felt like a peaceful escape from the city buzz. The design of the hotel is super chic—very modern with a touch of local character. My room was spotless, the bed was like a cloud, and I loved the high-end amenities they provided. It definitely feels more like a boutique luxury experience than a standard hotel. What really pushed it to a 10/10 for me was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and transport, making everything feel seamless. Whether you're here for the history or the food, this is the best base you could ask for in Xi'an. I’ll definitely be booking here again.

We arrived at T5 Xi'an airport past midnight and by the time we cleared immigration and customs, it was already 1.30am. After we message them, Moon Hotel sent a mini-bus to pick us up. Moon Hotel is short distance from hotel but the bus needed to pick others from other terminals. By the time we reached hotel, it was 2.30am Check-in was smooth and our twin bedroom was very spacious. Room was very clean with modern furnishings. Bathroom was large. The most amazing experience was the bed mattress. It was very comfortable amd bed has 2 soft toys. We sleep very well for 5 hours but we had to checked out for our next destination. Moon Hotel is next to the police station, another local hotel and eateries. Our hotel breakfast was chinese buffet style but no coffee. Breakfast is from 6.45-9.30 am. Hotel provided us bus transfer to airport. We recommend Moon Hotel as layover airport hotel and for very comfortable beds.

The hotel location is very good, only 2 mins walking to the metro station and the bus stop. The staff all are very helpful in answering my questions and requests. Highly recommended if you would like to go to many places since the public transports nearby.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city, and from the moment you step inside, it feels like entering a traditional ancient Chinese palace. The hotel’s fragrance and its elegant decorations create a refined atmosphere where every detail is carefully curated, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness. The rooms are fully equipped with all modern comforts, featuring soft beds and pillows that ensure a restful stay. The terrace offers an amazing view of the Great Wall, making the experience even more memorable, and the complimentary tea is simply delicious. What impressed me the most, however, were the two receptionists at the front desk. They were incredibly skilled, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their attention to every detail truly made a difference and elevated our entire stay. A big thank you again to these two amazing receptionists for everything! Highly, highly recommended!

Service staff was attentive. We reached at 3.20am on a Sunday morning and the staff was all ready to check us in. The next few mornings, we were greeted with smiles and offered assistance on places to visit and eat. Extra towels were given on request too.

新開業的漢庭，前台大家都很熱情，後院可免費停車，早餐有咖啡機，洗衣房新設備也乾淨。酒店後邊是汽車客運站，所以夜間沒有人沒有車會比較清凈。房間裏也沒有聞到像別家漢庭那種從樓下管道飄進來的二手煙。推薦

A really lovely stay. I stayed for three nights and although the english was very limited for a western hotel chain, the staff were always friendly and helped me when I had questions. The room was really spacious and the price amazing for including breakfast. Shower was great. The breakfast is Chinese style just to bear in mind and it’s in a nice location next to the East Gate. If I ever return to Xi’an I would stay here again

Koska se on Wanda Plaza rakennus, sijaitsee sydämessä vanha Yan'an kaupunki, se on erittäin mukava ostoksilla ja lounaalla/illalla. Näkymä huoneesta oli erinomainen, koska valitsimme ”Qingliangshan” näkymä huone. Hotellin sisäänkäynti ja lobba sijaitsee tosiasiassa toisella kerroksella se oli hieman ponnistelu ottaa meidän mekko tapauksia, mutta se ei ollut kovin paljon. Olemme jääneet siellä yöksi. Unelma tapahtui noin 10:00pm. Oli iso melu rakentaminen jossain, kun halusimme nukkua. Väitin hotellille, mutta melu jatkuu kunnes 11:10pm, koska rakennustöitä oli jatkuvasti Wanda Plazassa samassa rakennuksessa. Se oli hullua, että hotelli salli rakentamisen jälkeen 9:00 ja jopa valitimme, että hotelli ei pystynyt pysäyttämään sitä yli tunnin. Se oli erittäin huono kokemus siellä.
