Отель находится в центре Маньчжурии, в прогулке от знаменитого отеля Порт (едьте на автобусе до него). 1-3 этаж-это ТЦ, 4 этаж отель. В номерах чисто очень, кровати такие, что не хочется вставать, спать бы и спать. В номере есть все необходимое, вода в том числе. В холле есть кулер и микроволновка. К вайфаю так и не смогли подключиться, но нам и не надо было. Нас заселили в 11:00 без проблем, хотя по правилам написано с 14:00, депозит не взяли  Мы забронировали самый дешевый номер за 1500 руб с 2мя кроватями, но когда девушка  увидела, что с нами ребёнок 7 лет, предложила нам без доплат поселиться в более дорогой номер, где можно было жить впятером! В общем, мы в приятном шоке, конечно, от соотношения цена/качество, если еще раз поедем, только в этот отель.

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. The hotel has a great location and the amenities are quite good, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room itself had some issues. The carpet was very dirty, the room became quite cold at night, and there was an unpleasant smell that affected comfort. With better cleanliness and room conditions, this place could be much better. Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with my visit to Hailiang Plaza Hotel (Zhongshan Road Metro Station). Good location in the center. Nice, helpful staff. Good daily services and cleaning. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the metro station, shops, and local attractions. This made it very simple to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was reliable and thorough, keeping the room fresh and pleasant throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of excellent location, professional service, and friendly hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Hailiang Plaza Hotel to other travelers and would be happy to return here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality and wonderful experience!

Very simple but good price. Close to the old train station (be careful where your train leaves from, the high speed trains leave from another station). The breakfast was ok. Nothing special but ok. Overall, I was decently satisfied. The view from the room was nice.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the airport. They also offered a free airport drop-off service, which was very convenient. The breakfast was nice, and I especially loved the Mongolian traditional breakfast and tea

The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing, just below my location, near the community, within a few minutes' walk. It was very convenient to travel, the room was warm and comfortable, the details were perfect, and even the corner was spotless.The bed is soft and moderate, so you can relax the enthusiasm of the front desk staff instantly when you lie down.

Pros: The hotel has a great location, close to shops and stores. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable I really liked it. The service was good, and I think it would be even more beautiful in summer with a nice lake view room. Cons: Sometimes there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
