Excellent hotel! Really modern and fresh. Fantastic location being on the station itself and if you happen to end up in room 1 on each floor (as I did) then you're basically in the station!

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti, mukava ja hyvin varusteltu. Runsas aamiaisbuffet ansaitsee erityismaininnan; se ei jättänyt mitään toivomisen varaa. Tarjolla oli laaja valikoima sämpylöitä, munia, pekonia, makkaroita ja paljon muuta.
Nautin oleskelustani täysin siemauksin ja voin lämpimästi suositella Alphotel Innsbruckia. Kiitos ihanasta ajasta. Haluaisin tulla takaisin!

Gorgeous hotel with perfect location. It had all the amenities listed and attractions were just 5-7minutes by walk. View of the mountains were breathtaking. Staff were cordial and welcoming. Clean rooms and good food at the cafe. We left the luggage in the store room as we could explore the old town before we boarded the flight. I would recommend hotel central as one of the best to stay for couples or families.

Excellent location in the middle of Innsbruck. Less than 10min walk to-from Innsbruck Hbf, Alstadt and many location in the city.
Check-in was quick. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and big. There is a coffee machine which makes it even better.
If you stay 2 or more days, you will get the Welcome Pass for free transport around Innsbruck.

Hotel at a very beautiful location. hall in tirol thaur bahnhst just 5 min walk away and Innsbruck station 8 min from train. Hotel was clean and service good. The only thing it could have some more amenities like a kettle for tea and coffee
This hotel is set in a beautiful location, just a 5-minute walk from the hall in tirol thaur bahnhst station and only an 8-minute train ride from Innsbruck station. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient service. The only small downside was the lack of a few extra amenities, such as a kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. There were also a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store in the same building Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Sightseer bus stop and train to nordkette are right in front ad well. Eurospar supermarket next to it gives us everything we needed

The alpine-chic decor exudes an inviting warmth, and the public areas are elegantly appointed, creating an atmosphere of opulence and comfort. The panoramic views of the surrounding mountains are simply mesmerizing, making this an ideal destination for those seeking a serene mountain retreat.
The staff at Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol were attentive and welcoming, displaying a genuine desire to make my stay enjoyable. The spa and wellness facilities are top-notch, offering a range of treatments and relaxation options, further enhancing the overall experience.
However, when it comes to the accommodations and dining experience, there were a few aspects that left me somewhat underwhelmed. The room, while comfortable and well-appointed, lacked some of the extra touches and attention to detail that I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the avocado toast I ordered for breakfast, which you can see in the attached photo, it’s not for a 5 hotel price…
In summary, the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol in Jochberg, Kitzbuehel Alps is undoubtedly a beautiful property with an incredible location. It offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for those looking to escape to the Alps. However, to meet the expectations of a true 5-star experience, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of room amenities and the dining options. Despite these minor shortcomings, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the stunning natural surroundings and the courteous service of the staff.

JJohn Vincent (JV)*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.*
I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so.
Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background.
The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling.
Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast.
Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time.
Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

VVieraskäyttäjäTravel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really recommend this hotel.

Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck.

The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries? We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it in good conscience.

Negatiivisena puolena on, että hotelli sijaitsee kirjaimellisesti yliopiston kampuksella, mikä johtaa paljon meluun varsinkin iltaisin. Hotellin vieressä on suosittu pubi, jossa opiskelijat tapaavat joka päivä aamuyöhön asti. Paljon ylistäviä keskusteluja varsinkin juomisen jälkeen. Huoneeni oli pubiin päin, ja vaikka olin kolmannessa kerroksessa, en voinut nukkua ilman korvatulppia.
Toinen asia, joka on hyvä tietää, on se, että ravintolan yhteydessä on pihviravintola - mukava paikka, mutta melko kallis. 12-15 minuutin kävelymatka rautatieasemalle. Lähialueella on lukuisia baareja ja pubeja, jotka ovat yleensä täynnä iltaisin, ja ihmiset juovat kapean jalkakäytävän varrella.
