A very good hotel if you are interested in staying near the Seattle Airport. The only problem is that reaching the room will take time other than Hilton Is the Best

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

We planned our stay at Cedars Inn so our grandchildren could swim in the pool. On our last visit the pool's heater was not working so the pool was unusable. I called ahead to make sure the pool was working. The pool was warmer than last time but it was very cool and the children's teeth were chattering unless they were in constant motion.  The bathroom by the pool was out or order - very inconvenient, especially with small children in out party. The afternoon popcorn. listed as an amenity, was not available because ”there were not enough customers at the hotel so precious days' popcorn had to be thrown out.” The breakfast was good; the warm cookies were nice; the front desk was attendant was adequate.

酒店不錯，但最不滿意的是在攜程網訂了這兩個房間，居然酒店還需要另外收取每個房間20多塊的訂房費用，這是我網上訂酒店第一次碰到的，這樣一算，在攜程網訂這個酒店，還比當場訂還貴，而且需要提前付款，還不能退

The hotel location is unbeatable, the service staff is attentive & polite, the check-in procedure was efficient (no-wait). The 2 beds queen room was spacious for a family of 4. The air-conditioning was strong for the summer heat. TV channels’ reception was clear. We didn’t drive but I guess you could park your vehicle right in front of your room window. There was a complimentary shuttle bus to Westfield Southcenter. I wish the bathroom had better ventilation, other than that, it was perfect for us. Thank you!

Accommodations were good, Casino good,but 13 Moons Restaurant has gone down a notch or two and raised prices a notch or four. Had Reservation for 8 for 7:15 and were not seated to well after 7:30. Service was slow and the Prime Rib was sold out already and that was one of the reasons we were going there. Some had the pasta and prawn dish which were bland and the noodles were like cup of soup noodles. Lamb Shank was good. Steak was boring, lacked any spice or sauce. Had a 13 Moons mule which came with flat ginger beer so the redid it with fresh ginger beer the second time. Prices for these dishes were for a 5 star meal and service which maybe made a 3 - 3.5. Another note, it took over an hour after ordering to get our meals. We go there every year and it usually is pretty good and fair pricing but probably won't go there next year.

The hotel is good for us. And safe. The receptionist was very professional. There was a tall boy with a full beard who was very handsome. He added me as a member and upgraded my room type for free. I will definitely come again on my next business trip. Oh, okay one more.. Nice view from window.
