Good for the price. A little worn in places, but well equipped. Appreciated the room had a microwave. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and are probably the best thing about this hotel. I did have a package delivered to the front desk prior to my arrival. Unfortunately, it seemed to have gone missing. Potentially taken by someone or given away in error. Not a huge issue, and I don't expect them to take responsibility, but the young lady who helped me was very apologetic.

I did not realize Indigo was part of the IHG chain, but now are fully aware of the Indigo brand. The hotel check in was on the 2nd floor and parking was inconvenient with construction. The height into the covered parking was not very high. We were fortunate to find one of the last spots. The three different Indigo staff that we met were extremely friendly to meeting our needs. The hotel maid (room service attendant) also assisted us with additional needs. Our last night at the hotel. We witnessed about 25 college students carelessly riding the motorized scooter (Lime) in the streets disrupting traffic, pedestrians, and compromising safety of the city of Rochester for about 30 minutes. There was not a single law enforcement present after the incident. It not only affected Indigo, but also Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. My bad for not taking a video of this.

My adult daughter and I had checked into the room around 5pm. The room smelled somewhat 'smokey' or maybe it was just musty, not sure.
After inside the room for a bit you could no longer smell it; which I guess is good.
When we returned to the room after a concert, they had locked the main hotel door so we had to walk around and find a door we could access; even with our key. You had to enter via their banquet facility. A bit irritating because 2 females walking around a hotel very early in the morning is not safe.

VVieraskäyttäjäMy boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cambria hotel. He went to conference in downtown St. Paul while I checked out the Twin Cities. Location is excellent. My boyfriend easily took the #54 bus into St. Paul using the bus stop right next to the hotel. I checked out the MN Valley National Wildlife Refuge (a 3 min drive away) and the Mall of America / IKEA (free hotel shuttle which was super easy to use) in addition to other sites that I drove to (hotel offers free parking with plenty of open spaces). The free morning coffee in the lobby was delicious and strong. While breakfast was not free, the hotel room has a microwave and mini-fridge for us to make our own breakfast (oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, etc.) and keep cold soda/beer in our room. I also enjoyed their swimming pool. The water is cool but good for doing laps. Finally, we enjoyed their spacious, clean, and modern rooms. Thank you, Cambria!

The room we booked was a private access river view room with breakfast, I thought there would be a different lift (my kid is loud) and I was wrong. We used the same elevator but needed a swipe card to get to our floor. We didn't have a phone in our room, which was weird, however, the front desk texted us and sent someone immediately to handle our room service order, which was great. The room is not very big. Room service and breakfast were great and reasonably priced, and we liked their staff service and food service the most. By the way, parking is valet only and it's not easy to find parking on the streets near the city center.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel is located closer to the airport but without be over the flight path so no noise from aircraft. In hotel dining is limited and not much within walking distance. The metro train is within walking distance 5 minutes and can catch train if desired easily. The pool is of reasonable length (about 10-12m by the looks of it). Breakfast selection is OK, could be better but passable. Staff helpful. Shuttle but is not well marked and driver quite upfront about requesting a tip. Room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Zircon unit was not excessively noisy

I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!
