I stayed at Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA and had a very comfortable experience overall. The location is extremely convenient, as the hotel is connected to the airport by a covered walkway. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to rest after a long flight. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The swimming pool area was pleasant, although the water was quite cold. The hotel also has a spa and wellness area, with separate sections for men and women. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of both local and international food. Overall, it is a very convenient and comfortable airport hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Bangi Resort Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Mr. Aizat, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even upgraded my room from a Deluxe to a Premium room, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to the team for the complimentary birthday cake for my wife — it was a thoughtful surprise that made our celebration extra meaningful. Overall, great service, beautiful environment, and a memorable experience. Highly recommended! 🎉🏨✨

We stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis for one night before an early KLIA flight. The Double Room is compact at 9m², best suited for short transit stays. A 20” suitcase fits on the floor, but larger luggage may need to be opened on the bed due to limited space. The layout is simple and functional. Although the hotel is near the airport, we did not notice significant aircraft noise during the night. The surroundings felt relatively quiet. However, our room window faced the corridor side and sound insulation from outside the room was limited. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Complimentary freshening drinks were provided upon arrival. There is also a small restaurant calledMakan on the ground floor. The hotel is about 18km from KLIA Terminal 1. Shuttle service to KLIA and KLIA2 is available. Parking is RM2 per hour, capped at RM23 per day. Overall, it’s a practical choice for a straightforward airport transit stay.

Viime aikoina olin Tune Hotel KLIAssa ja minulla oli sekaisin kokemuksia. Alkaen puolilta, hissi valaistus oli melko pimeä, joten on vaikea nähdä ja tunnistaa nupit selvästi, varsinkin yöllä. Ilmastointi huoneessa ei ollut myöskään kylmä tarpeeksi, mikä teki tilan tuntuvan vähäiseltä ajoissa. Huomattava muotoinen haju huoneessa, joka vaikuttaa yleiseen mukavuuteen, ja huone itse näytti melko dated varmasti tuntuu siltä, että se on johtuu jonkinlaisesta uudistamisesta ja parantamisesta. Myönteisemmässä huomautuksessa hotelli tarjoaa joitakin mukavia parkkeja. Täydentävät virkistys oli miellyttävä kosketus, ja ilmainen aamulla-tunnin ohjaus bussilla KLIA1 oli erittäin mukava ja auttoi tekemään lentokenttäsiirrot vapaita. Yleensä, kun sijainti ja lisämukavuudet ovat suuria, parannus huolto, ilmastointi, ja yleinen huonetila olisi suuri ero vieraiden kokemuksen.

The room was clean but due to crowds, people need to queue for turn. The location is quite far from attractions or city centre but there is a mall with few shops including some fast food restaurants and 7e below. Breakfast was good with limited choices. Decent and staff very attentive.

The shower / shampoo / conditioner dispensers were such a failure, room 910, and no shaver kit was in place. toilet door due to water from shower area splashing unto it , had mold forming at the bottom back end, rotting away in near future. Light switches were a little confusing, but the USB plug in sockets were such a joy to use. Breakfast was okay, pool level and gym level not the same, hence not as user-friendly as I tot (coming from experience at Danang Hilton). Lion dance at lobby was a bonus for guest and visitors. Generally a worth while stay, just please check out the dispensers if it is your concern, if deem pathetic then better change room. Chef came over to present a dessert made in-house using tomato and it was sublime indeed, simple yet full of favour.

Booked a one-night stay because we wanted to fully maximise the time of the Ramadhan Buffet. We were surprised of how spacious Cinnamon Coffee House was! The crowd was huge, but everyone seemed comfortable. The food spread was top notch; we were spoilt for choice! It was also to celebrate my husband’s belated birthday, and he truly enjoyed it. As for the room, we loved it - especially my daughter who enjoyed the bathtub (since the pool was closed for renovation works). We requested a late check-out, and was granted. Every staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely repeat!

The location was close to where I needed to be—I stayed for three nights. I arrived quite late and the hotel does have 24-hour room service which is excellent. The room was small but clean. They clean the room daily and replace new towels. The car park was spacious and you had to pay just RM1 for exit. The water pressure for the shower is good. There's a bit smell coming from the bathroom but usually it's gone after you've had a shower. I make sure I keep the bathroom door closed at all times. Upon check-in, the reception all friendly. Very attentive. Overall, the experience was good.

saya paling suka sebab ada water dispenser Coway di setiap level. just bring your own bottle, then refill la banyak mana you suka. housekeeping team has done their very good job. bila balik bilik, semua kemas macam first time check in. parking dah reserved untuk hotel guests and free je (deposit RM20). cuma satu je, parking hotel ada di basement bangunan in front of the hotel. untuk solo traveller, kena extra careful sebab agak gelap tempat parking dia.
