Very nice hotel at the city center of Merida!
We had a short stay, but we liked very much the location and the hospitality of the staff. They helped us with all our questions and gave us a very pleasant experience!

Great place for stays in Merida! It is a bit far from most restaurants. If you stay there make sure to eat at Spanglish. It is a bit hard to find as it is within another restaurant but it was great. Also make sure to look up the Walmart. It’s close. Great for buying water.

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Bel hôtel avec charme, un peu vieillot. Grandes chambres, bons restaurants et bon service en chambre. Parking sous-terrain sans ascenseur et avec mauvaise odeur des égouts.

We really enjoyed our stay — it was a lovely place to rest and unwind, and we loved the aesthetic and overall vibe. However, the location felt a bit sketchy at times, which was a drawback for us. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax for a day or two, but maybe not the best choice for exploring or backpacking.

La atención fue muy buena, la habitación me pareció muy cómoda y limpia. Yo no pude almorzar en el restaurante pero el resto de mi grupo me dijo que la comida fue muy buena.
Está un poco retirado del centro, pero se puede ir en taxi rápido y barato. Caminando también es opción aunque de noche se siente un poco sola la calle.

Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na bliskość stanowiska archeologicznego, 1 noc i w zupełności spełniał oczekiwania. Hotel trochę zapomniany, pusto, natomiast obsługa starają się żeby zapewnić nam wszystko o co poprosiliśmy. Jedzenie przeciętne ale i to nie miało znaczenia jeśli byliśmy tak krótko. Widok z balkonu cudowny.

Leider war unser Zimmer gegen Abend dann vollständig voll mit großen Ameisen. Ich habe schon öfter mitten im Dschungel geschlafen, Gekkos, Raupen etc. sind kein Problem und normal. Aber gegen Abend war eine Wand, die Dusche, die Decke und alle Handtücher vollständig bedeckt mit 1cm großen Ameisen. Das war für mich leider grenzwertig, da auch alle Moskitonetze kaputt und löchrig waren. Löcher sollten sich auch in einem alten Haus abdichten lassen. Außerdem gibt es keine Trennung zwischen Schlafraum und Bad, ebenso Toilette. Für ein Boutique Hotel zu dem Preis für mich nicht ok.

They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.

However, one issue that should really be addressed is the large number of dengue mosquitoes, especially around the pool area.

GGrace Ridnour-NollschGorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

CCanSwedeThe hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.
