Dos de de las lámparas no funcionaban, la puerta del baño no cerraba y quisiera agregar lo más desagradable, hay un ruido intenso que empieza desde las 6:00am es un elevador en particular. Fueron solo dos noches sin embargo nada agradable para poder descansar y dormir bien . Sinceramente no volvería.

Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully.
I could see myself returning!

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff were great and the room clean and comfortable.
In my opinion, the price was higher than preferred.
Good location and walkable to stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

Solo no me gustó que tienen piso regular en las duchas, estuve a punto de caerme y no tiene cintas anti deslizantes. Eso sería importante atenderlo.

房間總體來説還是比較小的，設施的話就像國內的三星酒店。窗户是不能打開的，但是這個位置的話去plaza de soul的距離很短，那裡有一些好吃的餐館。早餐很喜歡吃，那裡的蛋餅每天都要吃。對中國人來説簡直太好了。

SSirary DiwathahunthaWe're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed,
The food
# the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying
# The Sushi restaurant is just on average
# The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all
#The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it,
The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again,
Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less
All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated,
Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

From Cancun Airport to Hotel/Chichen Itza:
-Cancun Airport to Cancun Downtown by ADO bus, cost 180 Mexican Pesos, time 35mins. (1st bus starts at 7.50AM). Tickets can be bought at the time of departure.
-Cancun Downtown to Hotel/Chichen Itza by bus, cost 280 Mexican Pesos per person, time 4hrs.
-Chichen Itza ticket cost 671 Mexican Pesos (can be bought at the time of visit).
We recently stayed at Hotel Doralba and found it to be a very good choice for visiting the famous ruins.
The property is very large and spacious, which is great for families. The highlight for us was the swimming pool area, which has a dedicated section for children and a separate, larger pool for adults.
Our room was cleaned daily and was always tidy and comfortable. For the price, we felt it offered excellent value.
A few important things to note for future guests:
· Location & Transportation: The hotel is within walking distance to the ruins(2km walk).
For Taxi, It is about a 5km drive away. We used a taxi which was readily available and cost 100 Mexican pesos for a one-way trip.
· Dining Options: Be aware that there are no restaurants or shopping centers near the hotel. At hotel you have very few option that also non veg.
As vegetarians, we were a little worried, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even arranged to have extra vegetable dishes brought in from outside—a incredibly kind and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Suggestion: Do not forgot to bring your own extra food too.

HHipptech WirelessHad to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it.
But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome.

First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms.
I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

The next morning we noticed there was blood on the wall in the bathroom. We notified reception to get it cleaned and it took us 3 attempts notifying them before someone cleaned it. They didn’t seem to be phased. We were disgusted that it was blood and potentially a biohazard and they treated it like a dirt mark.
The restaurants we tried were nice but we ate a lot of food locally as well.
The pool was good and great location.
They advertised their membership through the time share which is apparently common but was not known to us. We knew there had to be a catch for the ‘free welcome breakfast’. Was interesting to hear about it but we weren’t advised upfront what it involved so we felt a bit caught out. The perks given for our time were fair.
It was an okay stay and we think our experience was just unlucky. The best part is the location of the resort.

They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough. Internet is okay. They have a big closet, a desk and a bar (like a long table) next to your bed so you can put whatever you want. They give you soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, hot water. The hotel is clean, not noisy and the staff is friendly. It is already good but if you asked me what would you do to make it more than perfect, it would be to have a small fridge. Also next to the bed I didn't see a lot of plugs. But I was more than happy to stay there and I will stay again here. Thanks for your good service!

JJosh GerstlThe location is perfect, right next to all the action in the Historic center of Guadalajara! Fortunately, there isn't very much noise from the city so you can sleep very well.
This is a total Greezer Style Hostel, one needs to know this, the building is old, everything is unkept but still clean enough and comfortable enough for someone on a low budget and/or Vagabond lifestyle.
The staff of young men were very kind and warm, the internet was strong and the shower has hot water which is necessary in winter.
It wasn't so clean but it is a hostel and quite possibly it was cleaned in the morning and by nightfall, it has become a bit dirty from all the travelers so a bit of advise to the hostel: if you are busy, please clean once in the morning and once in the evening, this would greatly improve our bathroom experience!
I would definitely stay here again, once a Greezer, always a Greezer and we Greeze on!

AAnonyymi käyttäjäWe upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.
