The hotel is located in a good area, which makes it convenient to get around, and the staff was responsive whenever we called, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, there are a few points that could be improved. Drinking water and cold drinks were chargeable, which was a bit disappointing. For a couple, only two towels were provided—there were no face towels. Additionally, the bed linens were not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the pillows. On a positive note, the bathroom and bathtub were clean, but the bathtub was quite small and may not be comfortable for someone with a bulky build. With some improvements in cleanliness and basic amenities, the experience could be much better.

Huoneet ovat melko pieniä. Siisteys on myös hyvä. Sijainti on täydellinen Venetsian nähtävyyksien katseluun. Peitto on kuitenkin kuin armeijan peitto. Vaikka suurin osa henkilökunnasta oli ystävällistä, osa henkilökunnasta oli erittäin kiusallista pyydettyjen palvelujen kanssa ja aiheutti haittaa. Pyyntöni oli hyvin yksinkertainen. Aamiainen ei ole mikään erikoinen muihin hotelleihin verrattuna. Erityisen valitettavaa on, että munakokkelia ei ole.

Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

Koska olin matkalla äitini kanssa, keskityin kuljetuksiin ja valitsin Hotel Plazan aivan aseman edessä, mielestäni se oli todella hyvä valinta! Heti kun pääset Venezia Inniin, kävellä kestää alle minuutti, ja on erittäin kätevää ja hienoa mennä Venetsian pääsaarelle. Huone on puhdas ja tilava, joten voit levätä mukavasti, ja lähellä on ravintoloita, joten suosittelen tätä majoitusta! Se on hienoa, koska voit kirjautua ulos, jättää matkatavarasi ja katsoa ympärillesi ennen matkatavaroiden noutoa!

Location was excellent!!!! It’s close to the station. If you have a big suitcase, I highly recommend you to book this hotel. Stuffs were kind. There were some amenities which was nice.

Erittäin mukava hostelli, hyvin lähellä rautatieasemaa, vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatka. Kolme ystävää varasi neljän hengen huoneen eivätkä jakaneet sitä muiden kanssa. Kun menin keittiöön keittämään nuudeleita, tapasin muutaman nuoren miehen muista maista. Se oli hieno kokemus ensimmäisestä hostellikokemuksestani.

Excellent location with very clean rooms. Rooms are small but normal for Venice. Hotel offers luggage storage before and after your stay, provides WiFi and your stay includes breakfast with excellent choices, including warm fresh croissants. Amazing bar and restaurant directly across hotel to your right as you step out the front door with some of the best chefs and food I have ever tasted. Reception desk staff could be more friendly. Only one staff member had a good personality and always happy to help with a smile. My hats off to him, every guest loved him. That being said, all the staff members of the hotel were helpful and competent.

Lovely modern hotel situated approx less than 10mins walk from the water bus stop Lido SME. Breakfast was simple…cereals, some fruit, baked goods and cold meats. If you wanted something hot, there was only scrambled eggs, sausages and/or bacon. The coffee wasn’t great…it was a Douwe Egbert machine. It’s about a 10min walk to the beach which was beautiful. The room was small but adequate. It was really hot in the room and there were no instructions on how to use the air on. We just opened the windows which helped slightly. You have body wash/shampoo provided but no hair conditioner so we had to go to a nearby local supermarket (called Coop) to buy. There’s also complimentary teas and coffee in the room. Other stuff in the mini fridge is chargeable. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip! The location was perfect, so close from amazing restaurants and sights. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local tips. Breakfast had a fantastic selection, fresh and tasty. Hotel was very private away from the main san Marco attractions, but very easy to get the via the hilton hotel shuttle boat. Everything was so well thought out and highly recommend the hotel to anyone.
