After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town.
And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean
and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at
the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have
stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits.
Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

The tranquility of the surroundings allows for a complete disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life, making it an ideal retreat for peace and rejuvenation.
Exceptional Service with a Personal Touch:
Beyond the stunning setting, what truly elevated my experience was the exceptionally courteous staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail.
A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors.

And let's talk about the delicious food! The culinary offerings at The Westin Himalayas are outstanding. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay.

The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

Nnawab36085We had a very comfortable stay at Auradoon in Dehradun. The hotel is nestled on the foothills of the mountain range, offering breathtaking views of the hills right from our room. The location is awesome — peaceful and scenic, though a bit farther from the main town. Dehradun city center is easily accessible by taxi or private car, which made exploring convenient.
The rooms were great and spacious, with beautiful front-facing views of the hills that made every morning special. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the property — everything felt fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They promptly attended to all our needs and made us feel truly welcome. Special mention to Chef Himanshu — he was very caring and personally offered us some of the tasty dishes he had prepared. The breakfast was varied and delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients every day.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway near Dehradun with excellent service and great food. We'll definitely visit again!

staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily manageable with any car type.

Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! AAaviralHotel was earlier sarovar, now it was bought by Gateway. So amenities and services are as per Sarovar only but the charges are of gateway.
Most of the hotel is under reservation at the moment so expected it could be better but as of now its average. Plus it is little in outskirts of dehradun in haridwar bypass.
But overall staff is good and food is good but ambiance and quality of rooms can be improved in 7-8K per night hotel.

Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building
