Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the room was spectacular. Extra touches in the room were very nice. Only negative was noisy guests in neighbouring rooms.

Hotel needs refit.Bathroom shower very low pressure.Noisy room due to commercial kitchen equipment outside bedroom window.Very old tv in bedroom not a smart tv or anyway to connect devices.Bedroom carpet dirty near the door needs shampooing.Breakfast staff pleasant.

Sain varhaisen sisäänkäynnin .. kiitos. Huone oli hyvin iso ja mukava. Hotelli on hyvin puhdas ja hyvin järjestetty. Meillä oli illallinen, aamiainen ja lounas. Ruoka oli hyvä, nautimme siitä todella. Henkilöstö oli ystävällinen.

An eine ruhige Nacht war gar nicht zu denken, da die Lüftung bis 23:00 Uhr draußen lief (in den Zimmern nach Südwesten und Westen gelegen) und schon wieder um 6:00 Uhr morgens losgingen !!
Außerdem gab es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und das Fenster ließ nicht viel Luft zum Lüften.

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then.
Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

The rooms were definitely not clean. The staff was amazing and even upgraded our room due to it being our honeymoon, but the mold in the shower was a turn off. Uncomfortable beds for sure. If the price was a little more reasonable I wouldn’t have been so eh on the review.

Five minutes from the railway station. Very modern and well maintained. A short walk from the City Center. The fitness center/spa/pool/ sauna is excellent.

服務人員很友善，住宿條件也很好。賓館還提供浴衣、一次性拖鞋。離科克巿中心不太遠。比起我在都伯林機場附近住的同等價位的四星級賓館，各方面好太多了。遺憾的是時間緊，沒有去享受免費的游泳池和桑拿。

VVieraskäyttäjäAbsolutely beautiful hotel Sharon the hostess is Absolutely amazing she's very efficient so is thr other lady but I don't know her ne nothing is to much trouble for these ladies they work so hard the other lady is around Sharon's age and her and Sharon are always running around working and asking if everything is okay they are a credit to your hotel and thank you to all the people who work behind the scenes the chef and the domestics making sure everything is clean and tidy all these people are the backbone of the hotel

VVieraskäyttäjäAs we were staying for one night only we weren't TOO fussy. We got a family room which was also kitted out for wheelchair user. Our view was of a tall, solid concrete wall. Friends stayed in a bright, sunny room looking out over the harbour.. Choose your room carefully if you are staying for a while and like a pleasant view. Breakfast was just okay. I had poached eggs on avocado, peanut rayu and sourdough. Felt it had too many flavours. Would like to have seen some simple breakfast options on the menu. Several dishes served with hollandaise sauce. I also noticed a few flies hovering around the food area. Would not rush to stay there again even though location was fabulous looking out over the harbour.

Water bottles weren’t given every day—you only get them if you ask, which felt a bit inconvenient. It’s something you expect to be taken care of without having to remind them. The internet in the room was quite slow. It worked, but not great—good enough for checking messages, but not reliable if you need to do work or stream anything. On the bright side, the lobby looked really nice—clean, modern, and a good place to sit and relax for a bit. In short, it’s not a bad place, but a few small improvements could make the stay much more comfortable. Swimming pool service was good.

Option of sparkling or still water was waiting on the table for us plus coffee or tea on the room. We had great sleep beds very comfortable. Will be definitely back for our next trip in Cork

WWildGooseGreat hotel with fantastic views of the city, while being close enough to be within walking distance of all the cities amenities. The staff were always at hand to help with any requests, and were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay there. The bar and restaurant are a great place to relax and meet friends, and serve a wide array of great quality food and drinks, with lovely outdoor seating to take in the city views.
