I like the gym and sauna bath.
Only one place may do better is … the room service department didn’t notice i used the laundry bag. I have to ask in reception to take it for my 2nd laundry.

對比價位，房間乾淨，性價比高，整體住下來很舒服，就是大床是2個小床拼起來的，衹能睡半邊，且杯子很小，但是，這個是德國酒店普遍情況，可以理解。
環境：酒店周圍環境安靜，距離超市很近，步行3到4分鐘就可以到達
設施：設施齊全，晚上吧枱也很舒服
服務：酒店前台和服務員很熱情和友善！！

Für mit dem Auto anreisende Personen liegt das Hotel optimal an der Autobahn. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Das Bad hatte einen Duschkopf in der Badewanne. Dies war mein zweiter Besuch und das gleiche Bad wie bei meinem Ersaufenthalt. Ich erwähne es nur, falls sie mit dem Einstieg in die Wanne Probleme haben könnten. Wer mit dem Zug anreist muss mit dem Bus weiterfahren und eventuell noch etwas gehen. Es lohnt sich aber. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Se on erittäin kätevä rautatieasemalle, siellä on vedenkeitin ja huoneessa on lämmitys. Se on myös suhteellisen hiljainen. Kiinalaisia ravintoloita on monia. Se on myös hyvin lähellä Sky Plaza -ostoskeskusta.

The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had.

The room is not big but ok. There is no kettle but one bottle of mineral water provided, it is fine. Free shuttle bus is great. Online check-in and check-out is quick and convience. Overall speaking it is good. Next time I will still choose it to stay for one night in order to catch the flight in the morining.

This hotel was perfect to finish off my germany trip, the location is quiet even if it's near the train rail and it was lovely taking videos of it. Out of all 3 hotels that I've checked in this hotel was the cleanest, and has the nicest interior. The staff was very helpful and friendly even if it was late at night, they have their own bar and restaurant perfect if you just want to relax after long trips. Just 10-15 minutes walk it's near the skyline plaza (mall) perfect for your last minute shopping... I would definitely come back here.

The room service for breakfast was great, the hotel provided an entire set table with the requested meals laid out. The location was perfect for access to the US consulate and the public transport was right within walking distance.

👍 Location is super good for me. That a bus stop just in front of the hotel. 1 minute walk from bus station. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station and subway.
👍 For room - I love the bath tub so much as I really need it to relax my tired foot after walking so much. The room is small but just good for me.
👍Breakfast - got asia style which I happy to eat after travel more than 10 days in Europe. Got miso soup, white rice, and some asia cooking style vege. Consider international breakfast as also got western food selection.
🤌 This hotel check out time is before 10am which is quite early compare with other hotel. Anyway you can pay for late check out.
👎 The clock stop working... I take a nap after check in and wake up then look at the clock which point at 3.15...though it 3.15am and continue sleep.. i only realize the clock not working when I wake up again at 4am... so my 1st day wasted because of the clock...
👎 I was disturd by the housekeeping 2 times when I tired and sleep in the room. They knock the room then open the door before I respond. I end up pissed off and put the sign on the door for do not disturd. Not sure why they doing this as I did not request cleaning for my room.
Anyway overall still good experience and will return if I travel solo again.

Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well.
Not a good experience for him.
Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am.
Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

VVieraskäyttäjäI booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.

VVieraskäyttäjäI booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast.
Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.

JJozhazhaWhen i checked in on November 6th, the reception lady is not so nice. I asked clearly if you have a room in higher foor. She just ignored me!!! AND i asked again and she said no room in higher floor.
She then gave me a room in the 2nd floor. I accepted but when i entered the room, i found the window cannot open like last time. So I went back to her and asked a room with open window at any floor. Then she gave a room on the highest floor at 6th!!! So what about a min ago ”no room in higher floor”???
Then, i tried to open the window several time and it absolutely did'nt work!!!
I can sense that she a little ******. Bacause I am Asian.

SSoul PhilosopherI recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and had a mostly pleasant experience. The apartment-style hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that made for a restful night. The room’s design felt more like a cozy apartment than a typical hotel, which was a nice touch for extended stays.
The only downside during our visit was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. However, the hotel’s convenient location more than made up for this. Although there isn't a shuttle service to the airport, the train station is just a short 3-minute ride away from Frankfurt International Airport, making it very easy to reach.
Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport, as long as the aircon issue is resolved.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but this was not really a problem because there is a light rail station right at the front door. From there, it is very easy to reach the city center in a short time. This made traveling around simple and convenient, even though the hotel itself is outside the busy areas.
The room was very clean and modern. Everything looked fresh and well maintained, which gave me a comfortable feeling during my stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the furniture felt new. I appreciated the effort the hotel made to keep the rooms tidy and welcoming.
The only downside was the bed. The double bed was actually made by joining two single beds together. This was not very comfortable, especially when trying to sleep in the middle. It felt a little awkward and less relaxing compared to a proper double bed.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet location with easy transport to the city. Just be aware of the bed arrangement.

VVieraskäyttäjäAbsolutely recommend this hotel 10/10. We were 3 girls, stayed for 4 nights in 2 king-sized double rooms and first of all, the rooms were amazingly spacious and pretty. Everything was clean and really enjoyed the hot showers after long day of sightseeing. The staff were really welcoming and accommodating, especially Namra and Kunal and although there were many other staff who also helped us throughout our stay, we couldn't catch all their names (sorry) but we will never forget their kindness. From borrowing us umbrellas for the day to filling our cup noodles with hot water late at night; they have been nothing but helpful and it was one of the best hotel services we had experienced in a long while. One thing we didn't realise was that there is no kettle in the room but if you ask the staff, they're always happy to provide hot water.
Next, the pricing! It was the reason that we chose this hotel as it was the least expensive option around but the quality, the service and the comfort was definitely the winner. I doubt that you could find a better place than Campanile for the price. Not to mention, when we checked out at 11, we were still able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited the town one last time which was incredibly useful. If we are ever back in Offenbach, we will be staying here, no doubt!
