Hotellit mukavuudella Baarit maassa Kiina, provinssissa Xinjiang

Huone on iso, sänky on tarpeeksi iso, kaikki tilat ovat täydelliset, perhe on hyvin mukava nukkua, palvelu on erittäin hyvä, on arvostettava kovasti pomon palvelua, innokas ja tarkka, pelkäämme, että odotamme lentokentällä ennen kuin sataa, erittäin lämmin. Lähetin erikoisruokaa kaupalle, lähetin seuralaisuuden kaupasta, kävelin muutaman minuutin päässä kuusi tähteä. Se oli mukavaa. Seuraavalla kerralla tulin Edeniin ja asuin täällä. Viisi tähteä.

Hyvin mukava näkymä ja puhdas huone, curtains ovat lukossa ja ei voi avata kaikki nauttia näkymä kuitenkin. Henkilöstö hyvin mukava ja apua, mutta ei puhunut englanti. tarkistaa oli helppo ja nopea.

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.

帕米爾高原的體驗遠超預期，包括2段3晚在塔縣雪山皇冠的住宿。幸運的被升級直麪金沙灘和雪山的房間，盡享日出日落。高原酒店該有的一件不少，意外居然還有面膜。自助洗衣房設備之多是我多年旅行之最，多日南疆土裡奔波這太重要了。大美新疆，原來旅行條件這麼棒了

這個酒店的服務態度很好。熱情周到。看到我們有帶孩子主動提出給孩子增加一次性拖鞋。環境衞生很好，酒店的味道也很好聞。温度也剛好，濕度也剛好。早餐也比較豐富。早餐時工作人員還主動問需不需要單獨做麪和餛飩之類的 是一次非常好的體驗。值得推薦。滿分5分好評。酒店的位置附近吃飯也方便。

The hotel provides a comfortable stay with great bedding. While the room felt slightly cramped because of the reclining chair next to the bed, the overall experience was very positive.

Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)

體驗感極差，大失所望！ 1，到達酒店的當天晚上問我同行人是誰，我説是我在線預訂付的款後台都有我的名字，你衹需要告訴我房間號就行，不説非要問我同行人是誰，説的害怕搞錯了，你害怕搞錯了，你前期入住不核對清楚嗎？你們這種服務讓我覺得很無語！ 2，我説網上有大堂吧禮遇，我説是啥，衹回答第二天的下午有，我問的是什麼是大堂吧禮遇，你回答第二天有，真是醉了……，問了兩遍都是同樣的回答，第2天上午，我看不是也有大堂吧禮遇？？？ 3，出門時碰到服務員，問服務員有沒有手提袋，給我放一個手提袋我要裝東西開會用，回到房間我看直接給我放了幾個洗衣袋？？？😂，房間的晾衣架上就掛了一個洗衣袋，我不缺洗衣袋我要的是手提袋……😱，讓我拿着洗衣袋去開會嗎…… 4，在3樓開完會，從3樓下到1樓，就下到了另外一邊的咖啡廳，轉到前廳問服務員，服務員説沒辦法，3樓就下來就衹能下到咖啡廳，我問那我每次3樓下來都衹能到咖啡廳在轉圈到前廳，她説嗯，沒辦法🤷♂️，我真的是……😓

We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours.

衞生：房間非常乾淨，沒有異味 設施：都挺新的，比較智能，就是房間好像不太隔音 環境：大廳挺大的，有休閑吧，洗衣房健身房也都有 服務：最差的一個環節，前台最起碼給卡的時候雙手遞一下，面帶點微笑吧，那臉拉的，單手給過來房卡看起來確實也不太舒服，晚上一點多的時候突然有人來敲門，敲了幾聲也不説話，準備給前台打電話了，門口的人讓聲音小點，當時房間的電視音量大概在25-30之間，自己在房間聽就是正常音量，沒想到隔音不太好，如果隔壁房間給前台反應我這間房聲音大了，那大晚上的打個電話提醒一下我就可以了啊，直接讓保安來敲門多嚇人，一點意識都沒有；客房工作人員都很熱情，續住打掃標準非常高，打掃完衞生在門口表示房間已經打掃完畢，非常點贊！
