Huone on erittäin puhdas, hyvä palvelu, ei tupakan hajua, kätevä matkustaa, hyvä sijainti. Kaupungin keskusta on Nanjing Roadilla. Siellä on monia ostoskeskuksia ja matkailukohteita. Kävele Bundiin Lähellä metroasemaa Suositellaan mukavaan ja edulliseen lomaan. Kätevä ja helppo varata matkallesi alennuksella.

The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. Huone oli mukava, ja sieltä oli hyvä näköala Oriental Pearl Towerille. Siisteys oli hyväksyttävää; sängyn alla oli pölyä ja seinillä oli mustia läikkiä, en tiedä olivatko ne hometta, mutta hajua ei ollut. Hotellin aula oli erittäin suuri, ja vastaanoton henkilökunta oli erittäin mukavaa.

Vauvan kanssa matkustaessani halusin mennä kävelykadulle ja Bundille. Halusin myös olla riittävän lähellä metroasemaa, ja minulla on hyvä näköala, mikä tärkeintä niitä. Ajattelin, että hinta olisi keskimääräinen keskeisellä paikalla kävelykadulla, mutta olin hieman yllättynyt. Se on erittäin puhdas 20. kerroksessa, ja sieltä on upeat näkymät, vaikka se on yönäkymä. Alakertaan on kävelykatu, vain askeleen päässä mm Dousta. Vauva on erittäin onnellinen. Vaikka kylpyamme ei ole iso, riittää, että he kaksi käyvät kuumassa kylvyssä. Se on vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Bundista ja seitsemän kahdeksan minuutin kävelymatkan päässä People's Squaren metroasemalta. En ottanut kuvia hotellista, mikä on sääli

The room is not well-maintained, with peeling paint on the floor and a thick layer of dust on the furnishings. The bed is extremely hard, the breakfast selection is very limited, and water from the bathroom flows outside, creating a mess. The only advantage is its location near to the Disneyland, and there is shuttle service provided. This accommodation is definitely not worth the price.

Hotel Is easily accessible by metro, within walking distance. Of course, its location is awesome-walk out to the bund! I stayed in the room with view of the river and bund. Absolutely beautiful. Room was clean and quiet, has gym and laundry room. Love it and totally worth every amount spent!

Valitsin tämän hotellin sen erinomaisen sijainnin vuoksi lähellä Bundia ja Nanjing East Roadia sekä hyvien arvostelujen vuoksi, ja se oli oikea valinta! Vastaanoton henkilökunnan vieraanvaraisuus on hämmästyttävää! Myös taloudenhoitajat ovat ystävällisiä. Kaikki henkilökunta on ammattitaitoista. On myös mukavaa, että siellä on ilmainen vesi-, tee- ja kahviautomaatti. Huoneen mukavuudet ovat riittävät. Kaapissa on tossut ja silitysrauta. Pyyhkeet ovat myös pörröisiä. Mutta ei kylpytakkeja. Aamiaisvalikoima ei ole niin suuri, mutta se maistuu hyvältä. Muuten kuin Wi-Fi oli liian heikko käytettäväksi ja ohuet seinät, mikä tarkoittaa, että kuulimme helposti ääniä käytävästä ja naapurihuoneista, se oli erittäin mukava oleskelu. Jos vierailen uudelleen Shanghaissa, haluaisin jäädä tänne uudelleen.

The hotel service is general thoughtful. We asked for medicated oil as my mum was not feeling well, but there wasn't one available. Instead of just saying no, the customer service offered to send us oil essence that would help to improve headaches and stress. And this really helped my mum to feel and sleep better. F&B service staff at Elements and Chinese restaurant were attentive and competent. Generally, we did enjoy our stay in this hotel. Pillows are comfortable and housekeeping always did a thorough job everyday. Views from our rooms are nice and we could see the light up at 6pm everyday. Check-in service could be improved. We had never been kept waiting to check-in before as every hotel we went to made sure the guests don't wait for too long. After waiting in the line for 30mins, I observed that the front desk needs to input alot of information for each guest. Maybe more efficient system and better process flow would help the staff and have less customers complaining. Everyone around was were dismayed by the waiting time. Note that whenever travellers arrive to check in, most are tired and burdened with baggage and want to settle down as soon as possible. Last thing we want is to queue for a long time to check in. Having mentioned that, I would like to give credit to the front desk staff. Despite the pressure from the sounds of grumpy guests waiting in the line, they still handled each guest professionally and attending to all the enquiries patiently. This is not easy. Also, your porter service could be improved also. There are more people standing at the concierge counter indoors, and usually only 1 outside. Which is something I don't understand. During our 4-day stay here, no one helped us at all. Even when we checked out, it was our driver who helped us with our bags. The bell boy chose to help another car who was checking in. Usually we tip bell boy but we had no chance to tip at all here. The corridor to the rooms are mostly carpeted so it is really difficult to drag our luggage. The lifts are spread out along two long rows and I have seen a lady dragging her luggage from one lift to the next lift, and then to the next one cursing because she could not reach each lift in time before the door closed. We felt tired too through our stay here, turning 360 degrees to look out for lift doors opening. We do recommend the hotel for a guaranteed comfortable stay here as it is near to many major shopping malls and attractions and restaurants.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff was very nice and willing to help and even though Chinese isn’t my first language they were very patient. The location is very good it’s located near a popular area and about a 10minute walk to the nearest metro station and 1 min to the nearest busstop. I was a bit worried for the room I booked, I booked a 4person female dorm and I liked it a lot! There’s enough space and closets to put your stuff in and the bed itself was also very nice and cozy, because of the curtain it really felt like your own room/space. You can also ask the front desk to change bedsheets whenever you want and towels are provided as well. The washrooms were cleaned pretty often, and i never had to wait every time I went to the bathroom. It was cleaned often, shower is spacious and there’s even a vanity area :) Also the public area downstairs at the front desk is so nice as well. You can’t eat in your room so you have to go down but it’s so chill, everyone is just doing there thing and you can sit as long as you want. It had a very nice vibe in general. When I had to pack my luggage, the room wasn’t spacious enough because I bought so many things but luckily the staff was so nice and gave me a room/space to pack my luggages＜3 I’ll definitely be staying here again when I visit Shanghai.
