Excellent location, close to City Wall Entrance, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, eateries everywhere, can’t fault the location. I booked a room with excellent view however the window can’t cancel out the traffic noise. So it is okay if you could sleep through the noisy traffic, I was given a pair of earplugs but can’t sleep with them on anyway . Ashtray with bin are available outside the lift area so cigarette smell lingers, it should not be allowed to smoke indoor. My partner didn’t enjoy the cold cooked fried egg, sausages nor the cold bacon. Fried eggs should be cooked to order. English tea bags were not available until I asked. Tables on the balcony were not cleared so it was messy. We certainly enjoyed the smart toilet and a lady even ironed my partner’s t-shirts for free. The staff at the reception were sympathetic especially someone was clearing up Chinese New Year decorations at 3:30 in the morning, disturbed sleep again. The girl was very kind and offered me a souvenir.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff spoke some English which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was great, would recommend. However sometimes in the night one could hear water flowing through pipes which made it sometimes hard to sleep. But otherwise great stay, would sincerely recommend to young travelers!

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels.

I stayed at Sheraton Xi’an North for a full week and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in China. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it extremely convenient for getting around Xi’an. Housekeeping was consistently excellent throughout my stay, and the hotel facilities were top-class. But what truly made the difference was the outstanding service — especially from concierge staff Xiao Han (小韩). He went above and beyond every single day, offering genuinely warm, thoughtful, and proactive assistance. Whether it was helping with transportation, giving detailed local tips, or assisting with last-minute arrangements, Xiao Han always handled everything with sincerity and professionalism. His extra-mile service really elevated my entire stay and made me feel well taken care of. If you’re visiting Xi’an and want a hotel with both great hardware and exceptional people, Sheraton Xi’an North is an easy recommendation. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel is on the rooftop of a building that has mainly food stalls. It was a bit tricky to get in, but once you find the elevator its easy. Else use the escalator two times and you‘re directly there. Behind the hotel is a hairdresser(for your orientation in case you don‘t see the little building immediately) The view is really nice! Inside you‘re greeted by not only one but three kitties.  The host was welcoming and stored my luggage because it was not check in time yet. I went to see the terracotta army. I recieved my passcode via Wechat and when i got into my room, my bag was already inside. I enjoyed the night view and there is a play you can listen to from afar. The afternoon tea and breakfast was nice. It wasn‘t like a gourmet experience, but tasted simple and made me appreciate the little things in life. The place is nicely decorated. I had the room with the sky view. The bed was soft. I almost went for the tatami room, but I realized the bed wouldn‘t be soft. So if you book think about what kind of experience you want. I think this place has 4 double bed rooms (2 soft bed, 2 tatami) and a family room.  Overall I definitely recommend this place. It‘s just so lovely pet and play with the cats. Luckily all of them love getting pet. Orange is just a little more shy, but is willing to with patience.  The reason I chose this is because it‘s close to the terracotta army. And I specifically chose this because Iike the interior. I always have a hard time picking hotels because I want it looking nice from the inside. I didn‘t with this one and it was worth it!

I have always loved Sofitel around the world for the most comfortable beds. Slightly dated but it's still well maintained. The optimal location within its own compound makes it safe and quiet. The best thing about this Sofitel in particular? It's staff. Impeccable service quality. I had a midnight check-in, they were ready. I needed directions, they don't just point me the way, they lead me there. I had problems with my Taobao parcel delivery, they showed me where to get it, and also helped direct them to the front desk. I was rushing for a last minute flight, my taxi was here in 4 mins. Ni Hao is not just a greeting to their guest, it's their way to make sure All Is Good with everyone who stays here. Appreciated and grateful.

Really nice hotel, sky lobby has really good views. Breakfast is also where the lobby is and shares the magnificent views. Location is slightly out of city center however there is metro within 10 min walk. It is also right next to a big shopping centre with many food options. Bathroom is magnificent, all veined marble, shower has a bench in it and the bathtub is a great place to relax at the end of a day. Hotel staff were also able to accomodate by giving us latex pillows tho I think they are getting a bit old and need to be replaced. The pool is opened till very late 11pm, staff advised it was to allow customers to be able to go out for dinner and still come back to enjoy ammenities, I think thats very thoughtful. Gym is also big and has great views, 24 hours access. Monica helpful on WeChat, able to accomodate more personal requests such as changing linen daily and extra bottled water etc. The only thing I will say is a bit annoying is that you need to take elevator up to 38th floor lobby, switch elevators then take it down to rooms. I believe rooms are levels 25-30 something. Aircon was a bit stuffy as no windows open and wifi was a bit glitchy. Was a nice stay overall.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points Bell Tower Xian and highly recommend this hotel. It is very convenient - short walking distance to both the Drum Tower and Bell Tower. The room is spacious, clean, well decorated, and beddings and linens are of very high quality. What make it stands out is the service level from the staff, especially Mr. Samuel Wang of the front desk- he checked us in, made sure we are comfortable and reacted very quickly whenever there are any nitty gritty things that needs to be attended to. We will be back next time we are in Xian.

had a great stay at Himalayan Hotel Xi’an. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always helpful, which made the experience even more pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is very convenient, with many popular restaurants nearby. Rooms facing the roadside can be a little noisy at night, but this can be easily managed by closing the windows tightly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily choose this hotel again.
