We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would 100% recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we were very warmly received. The location was easy to access and getting there was smooth and straightforward. Upon arrival, we were given great recommendations about the area — what to visit, where to eat, and the best times to go — which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was fantastic, with beautiful facilities and everything felt very well maintained and high quality. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and they kindly helped us with our luggage both on arrival and departure. Unfortunately, we had to leave very early in the morning and couldn’t try the breakfast, which was a bit disappointing — but given how great everything else was, I’m sure it would have been excellent. The food we did try during our stay was delicious. Even with our early departure, the service was impeccable. The staff came to assist us with our luggage and arranged a shuttle to take us to the gate so our Didi could pick us up easily — everything went perfectly. On top of that, we accidentally left an iPad behind, and the team was incredibly helpful and responsive, arranging for it to be sent to our next destination. That level of care really stood out. A special thank you to 管家小喻, who was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again!

Location 5/5. Visibility of the hotel is terrible. Coming from the Bayi Memorial station, the hotel is not viable. The entrance is not Chongshan but a side lane. There is a small Ibis logo amongst number advertisements. The entrance is a small door to a lift. The front desk is on the 3rd floor but it's not marked on the lift. From the Bayi Metro station, pass McDonald's and it's the first lane after. If you pass the spherical bollards , you have passed it. The room is aged. Housekeeping 5/5. Front desk 3.5)5.

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

The accommodation is centrally located near tourist attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, and a suitable size. There's a shuttle service between the rooms and reception. The only minor problem were that after contacting staff to arrange transportation to breakfast, an hour passed without a response, forcing us to walk there ourselves. Also, on the day of arrival, the free traditional Chinese costume photo session was fully booked, with no available slots. However, the photographer said that paying 599 yuan would allow us to secure a slot.

I stayed in the Twin Superior Room for four nights and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room daily. The hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.

非常驚艷的一次入住，深刻感受賓至如歸的禮遇，頭一次有因為無微不至的服務想要續房的沖動。 先説酒店的整體印象。贛州温德姆花園酒店（萬象城店）的外觀並不張揚，簡約現代的線條搭配大面積落地玻璃，白天通透大氣，入夜後暖色燈光亮起，平添幾分靜謐的歸家感。步入大堂，輕奢風的設計語言貫穿始終——大理石前台，錯落有致的休閑區，既顯品位又不覺冷硬。 房間配置同樣令人滿意。推門而入，暖灰的基調讓整個空間鬆弛下來，270度大面落地窗將城市天際線框成風景。床品柔滑貼膚，枕頭提供軟硬兩種選擇；智能客控面板觸手可及，插座兼容多種接口，辦公桌旁甚至預留了無線充電位。拖鞋質量好到你想不到，防滑拖鞋，絨底厚實，這些細節，比很多高端酒店更走心。 但真正讓這次入住難以忘懷的，是貫穿全程的、有温度的服務。 入住前一晚，前台便主動温馨提示第二天的天氣與交通；抵達時伴手禮已備好——帶手機支架的可愛水杯，手機充電器套裝，還有一個護手霜，手寫歡迎卡落款處畫了一枚笑臉。辦完手續，工作人員特意送我們至電梯口，轉身又遞來剛補好的早餐券：“看您訂的是雙早，小朋友也超過了身高，多備了兩張，希望您用餐愉快。” 客房服務的細緻程度更是令人咋舌。第一天外出回來，發現洗漱台上按入住人數補足了牙具，小童牙刷單獨用小託盤盛放；見我書桌上攤着筆記本，旁邊默默添了一條三合一充電線。夜床時段回房，礦泉水從兩瓶增至四瓶，小零食盤裡多了葱油餅、辣豆腐乾、乾酪蛋糕、棗泥糕。水吧茶包碼得整整齊齊，冰箱裏還配置了可樂、牛奶兩瓶、蘇打水。每次外出返回，房間都整潔如初，又多了些恰好的補充：浴巾換了新的，拖鞋歸位。 早餐同樣值得單獨誇讚。品類之豐盛遠超預期，除了常規的中西式熱菜，還有贛州本地特色的米粉、自製糕點，現煮的湯頭醇厚。各類菜品更是地道，煎蛋外焦裏嫩，清晨享用美食，整個人都妥帖了。 這些點點滴滴，拼成一副“無可挑剔”的畫卷。服務從不該是生硬的標準流程，而是恰逢其時的懂得——知道你需要光，便在暗處留一盞燈。贛州温德姆花園酒店，讓我信了“賓至如歸”不是修辭，是有人真的把它過成了日常。 春節前往潮汕旅遊的常德人 星

We stayed here for a week to take a ceramics class in the city. The hotel and staff were wonderful and very communicative during the entire stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the room was located right next to the cleaning supply closet for and so early in the mornings we'd hear the staff go in and out the room to gather their cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, it wasn't very soundproof so we heard everything but other than that the stay was really nice.

This newly built guesthouse is not far away from the bridge that's linked to the entrance of 篁岭. No need to take cable car at all. The owner of the guesthouse is very friendly and helpful who gave us a good orientation on how to approach the bridge after our check in. He also fetches us back to the guesthouse in the evening after we finished our tour. Overall, I'm very satisfied staying here.

The hotel is nice and a comfortable environment. It's location is a bit out of the way, but not too bad. The rooms are a bit small, particularly compared to similarly priced hotels in bigger cities. (e.g. I came from Shanghai and spent a similar price for a room that was easily 50% larger. Given Shanghai prices, it should have been the other way around.) The breakfast was very underwhelming. Poorly cooked ”western” food that only vaguely looked like what it was supposed to be, and tasted nothing like it. Small selection of lukewarm Chinese breakfast items. Tiny bottles of yoghurt. Very watered down juice.

It’s not very often that I am happy to write a review to praise a place. Usually either it’s a renowned hotel, rather expensive, or a cheaper one with less quality and service. This time, we got both at the same time: a 5 star hotel at an affordable price. We decided last minute to go to Sanqingshan instead of Huangshan and find that place looking good on Ctrip. What a surprise! Once we arrived: warm welcome, spotless big and modern rooms and pool, stunning views from the balcony, diverse and delicious breakfast. We received goodies for the kids and anytime tips from the staff, especially Lin Yan, who was available to assist us and answer all my questions (on WeChat). The location is also perfect: 5 minutes walking from the entrance of the park. When we had to leave eventually, they spoiled the adults with local tea. I definitely highly recommend this hotel.
