Saleem n Riko frontdesk services are good. Quick n efficient checkin. Frontdesk provides helpful information to go around. Location near nice food n shopping. Private bathroom is clean. Water dispenser n ironing board are good. The coffee shop downstairs have nice local food. Prefer non smoking floor. Wifi can be significantly improved though.

At first, I was quite shocked by the room I was given because it had not been cleaned yet. The room was dirty and the bed linens hadn’t been changed. I immediately informed the staff about the situation. After I told them, the staff explained that the room was actually not supposed to be given out due to an air-conditioning issue, and that was why it hadn’t been prepared. They then moved me to another room. Overall, the replacement room was clean, comfortable and in good condition. The staff were very responsive and cooperative in solving the issue. Although the stay started off poorly, the staff’s quick action helped improve the overall experience.

🐾 Purrfect Stay at Red Inn Court! 🌟 The Red Inn Court was a fantastic stop on our trip! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The location is super convenient for exploring. The absolute highlight? Watching a super cute cat playing delightfully with guests in the common area! It brought such a warm, homey feeling to the whole place. We loved seeing people interact with the friendly feline. Definitely recommend this charming spot for a wonderful, feel-good experience! 💖

When on to a vacation in Penang and choose to stay at Yan Hotel, 1st of all about this hotel is the strategy of this place which is very convenience and neraby to almost all the tourism attraction restaurants. The price also reasonable for room space given. There is only one issue is the placement of the aircond is not on the correct way of air flow as the bed is place on one side and the the aircond was fixed towards the other direction. So it not helpful or feel comfortable. This issue hope the management can fix.. since they upgrading and renovating the hotel this should be helpful for them to take notice. Overall a good stay there all the staffs are good and helpful except one chinese guy wear specs was so rude and no manners at all to behave towards customers.

Рестхаб находится в самом центре Джорджтауна, самые популярные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Через дорогу торговый центр, очень много кафе и ресторанов в округе. В капсулах, то есть комнатах, очень чисто, удобный матрас и подушки. Выдаются полотенца, тапочки и зубные щетки с пастой. В душевых есть шампунь, гель для душа, мыло и даже фен. Всё соседи культурные, соблюдается тишина. Чувствуется безопасность благодаря тому, что комнаты закрываются автоматически и открываются с помощью ключ карты.

3 bathrooms are shared with other occupants.If you stay upstairs, u have to go down to the ground floor to take shower or nature call. It is self service (no receptionist). Enter hotel lobby with password. No hotel card, enter room by keying in password. Fridge, utensils, water dispenser, plates are provided and shared with other guests at ground floor.

As a 1 star hotel, nothing much to complain as i booked for my aunty to take care my mother in LGL hospital. It's location is strategic just opposite LGL hospital. Front desk service is friendly, help to educate me on self check-in. Room is simple with tower and aircon, good for simple overnight especially for LGL hospital visitors traveling from abroad.

I am so pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel! It's perfectly located for me as I needed to be at a church just 5 mins walk away. And it's walking distance to Chulia STreet, Kimberly Night Market, Chowrasta Market and all the good food in Penang. The hotel provides drinking water bottles but you can also fill up from the dispensers at the lobby. Thumbs up! There's also a nice convenient store right next door, called RoonChit. For those who travelled by car, there is a nice basement car park. Not sure how many lots there are.

Cool and automated space , I don’t know if it’s me or the door . But I always had trouble with the passcode of front door . Suggestion rather than a complaint . It’s ok if you don’t have a receptionist but atleast give a WhatsApp number that people can chat with for queries or info or requests
