Huone tielle päin: Valitettavasti lauantaina Zarco-baarista kuului erittäin kovaa musiikkia kello 2.00 asti, minkä vuoksi nukkuminen oli erittäin epämukavaa, vaikka ikkunat olivat kiinni. Baarin sulkeuduttua paikalliset pitivät paljon meteliä tiellä kello 3.00 asti (puhuivat kovaa, nauroivat, huusivat jne.).

This was a very decent and affordable hotel — nothing fancy or luxurious, but it covers the basics quite well. It’s clean, efficient, and does the job for travelers looking for a simple place to stay. One of the best surprises was that if you’re lucky enough to get a room with ocean views, it really adds a lot of value to the overall experience. That said, there were some clear drawbacks. The room itself felt extremely tight, especially for two people with a couple of suitcases. There was very limited space to move around, which made things feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also quite small, and while functional, it lacked the comfort you’d hope for in a multi-day stay. One highlight was the balcony. Though the interior space was tight, the room had a good-sized balcony where we enjoyed golden hour and sunset views — that part was genuinely lovely and added a sense of openness and relaxation we didn’t get inside the room. The most significant downside for me was the parking situation. The hotel only has three official parking spots, which are always full. Given the area is busy and surrounded by in-demand places like grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and a laundromat, street parking is very limited and expensive. I had to park at a nearby garage, which cost 10 euros overnight. As for the rooftop, the amenities there weren’t particularly impressive — nothing that would stand out compared to more upscale hotels. But once again, the ocean and sunset views from the rooftop are stunning and give you a brief illusion of being at a five-star resort. All in all, this hotel offers good value for money, especially if you’re not planning to spend too much time in the room. It’s a solid base for exploring the area, as long as you’re okay with a few compromises in comfort and convenience.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, neben Naturschwimmbad, das Frühstück gibt es im Schwesterhotel daneben und die Aussicht vom rooftop restaurant ist sehr gut. Wir können auch Sauna und Schwimmbad in alle drei Hotels benutzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns ein zufriedenstellendes Zimmer besorgt. Zu Weihnachten haben wir auch Geschenke bekommen.

This hotel was a stop gap measure as our accommodation fell through and we needed something quickly. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean and not cramped. I had an ample twin room and the bathroom was spotless. Overall the hotel was fine just a little faded and in need of a renovation just for aesthetics.

Bardzo dobry tani hotel. Położony w pobliżu lotniska, przystanek autobusowy naprzeciwko hotelu. Można dojechać do centrum Funchal, a stamtąd w innym kierunku. Śniadanie za małą dopłatą, jak dla mnie smaczne - tzw kontynentalne, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Można dokupić obiady za 25€/os. Basen wewnętrzny i zewnętrzny. Bar koło basenu, ręczniki kąpielowe przy barze. Pokoje czyste i komfortowe, obsługa miła i pomocna. Jeżeli będę wracał na Maderę z pewnością wybiorę ten hotel. Klimatyzacja w pokoju, choć nie używałem. Mogę z pewnością polecić ten hotel.

Very nice hotel in a quiet little town. Beautiful setting and very relaxing. The breakfast was good and the staff were kind and helpful. The pool area was nice, but a little disappointing you have to pay extra to use the sauna.

The hotel was in the heart of the city, great location and close to main attractions. Easy to get to from the airport using n9 bus for €6. The room was cleaned daily and towels were also changed daily. The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. For a 3star hotel, this hotel has great value for money due to its location, and service. The breakfast was decent and the pool had a great view. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view.

They were so friendly and easy to talk to. The room has no hair dryer, but they borrowed me while I was staying. The style of interior was classic and I would like to recommend people who like vintage or antique styles. The view from the balcony of the lobby was amazing.

Находится в самом центре города Фуншал. Рядом очень красивый парк. Из окна вид на церковь. Завтрак шведский стол стандартный, кофе отвратительный. В номере сильная слышимость. Все остальное супер. Я доволен.
