Очень понравилось, всегда буду останавливаться тут. Приятно оформленный номер. Большая парковка. Недалеко от трассы. Вкусный завтрак. Можно приехать ночью. Попросила чайник на стойке регистрации, в номере на одного чайника не было.

Well it was kind of okay. I asked them I have a work call if they can delay my check out by 15 mins (denied). I tried to find a dustbin in my room none found. In the bathroom other than the handwashing there was absolutely nothing.

Śniadanie nam nie przypadło tym razem do gustu. Dużo rzeczy ale nie specjalne jakościowo. Jajecznica stała chyba od 6 rano to o 9:00 już była niezbyt jadalna.. troszkę kuchnia musi przemyśleć temat. Ale spaliśmy dobrze i napewno wrócimy.

Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

AABengkr_orzI stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range.
The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city.
There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great.
Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did.
All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!

AAxel_1966For the price, this is a decent hotel. It is well situated, Rooms are quiet and clean, if a bit austere. There is no room cleaning during the stay. I was there for a week, so I did get new towels. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very varied. This turns into a real restaurant at night. Didn't get a chance to try, as it required reservations.
The room Wi-Fi was not great. It works well in the lobby, and less well, if at all, in the room. That being said, this is a nice hotel, well situated, and reasonably inexpensive. I dealt with the Wifi.

MMichailPerackisHotel comodo per chi arriva tardissimo o deve partire prestissimo al mattino. Letteralmente a 100 passi dall’entrata del terminal per cui raggiungibile a piedi. Il ristorante è il tipico ristorante da hotel. Cibo discreto e servizio a volte un po in affanno. Le camere sono moderne e pulite. Ottimo per soggiorni brevi.

JJet YThe location is perfect and located nearby the old town district. The room is very large which include a clean kitchen and toilet.
Unfortunately, the ceiling in our toilet suffered from water leakage. Yet, the staff are very helpful to help us solve it at the midnight and offer us another room but in another hotel. Although we rejected to move to another place since it’s already too late.
The problem were quickly solved next day which is perfect.

VVieraskäyttäjäConvenient hotel next to the airport. You can reach from the terminal by foot or by public transportation (bus or taxi). Unfortunately they do not offer any shuttle service. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to where you can go to the city centre. The hotel is nice and new and the room are in a very good state.
