What really sets this place apart is not just the beautiful property, but the level of care and service provided throughout the entire stay. Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. This wasn’t just a symbolic offering; it was something you could genuinely enjoy at your own pace. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay. 一家特別特別值得去的小院，老闆給升級了房間，因為天氣冷，房間內有空調製熱很快，床品也很乾凈，一層的公共空間很好，特別適合幾個朋友聊聊天，一個人也可以圍爐看看書，喝喝茶。 位置就在大願文化園的腳下，走路3分鐘，離遊客中心走路也就5分鐘，非常的方便。 老闆老闆娘都很熱情的，因為是下午的高鐵，老闆娘特意送我去了高鐵站。 阿姨也很熱情親切，跟我説説爬山的注意事項，走的時候還特意煮了雞蛋，讓帶着怕路上餓着。 總之這是一個你來了，一定會再來的小院！ 第一次來皖南，太喜歡這裏了，期待下次見嘍❤️

經常去九華山和黃山山下的各種民宿調劑生活。 這家民宿挺新的，是乾淨漂亮的，房間景色也不錯！但是周圍的村子，環境一般，就是很普通的農村，酒店有一個泳池和一點草坪，沒啥其他的，適合成人，不太適合帶孩子的家庭，所以我們早上就退房去景點了… 餐飲呢，餐廳景色很好，至於食物，我們衹吃了酒店提供的早餐，衹能説很普通吧，既不豐富，也不夠當地特色。 服務就還還行吧，跟快捷酒店差不多的服務吧，缺少民宿應有的舒心感受～

本來不喜歡住民宿，但一路往山裡來，看見了這家。你能想見那種一路黑黢黢的山路，突然看見一片温暖的燈光時的欣喜嗎？老闆當即下廚給我們配了幾個菜，特別美味，心一下子熨貼了。第二天，老公上九華山，我和娃滯留民宿，因為連着爬了兩天黃山，我們娘倆實在吃不消了。老闆夫婦熱情地邀請我們吃飯，給我們泡茶，還帶我們上他們後山挖筍。這一切都是在我們退了房之後的，可見為人熱忱善良。下次再來，肯定再住他們家。衷心祝老闆生意興隆，生活美滿。

We are very pleased with our last minute decision to stay one night at the foot of jiuhuashan. The hotel just recently opened but it beat our expectations. The room is very spacious, comfortable bed (it’s hard but we like the firmness), clean sheets, fluffy towels, free minibar, delicious breakfast and free and quick laundry!!! Highly recommend staying here. I’m willing to try other Atour hotels and I hope they are just as good.

We stayed for two nights. On the first day, we visited Jiuhua Mountain Dayuan Culture Park, located at the foot of Mt. Jiuhua, before checking in to our hotel at the Jiuhua Street Scenic Area. The following day, we visited the key temples and explored Jiuhua Street. On the third day, we visited the Heavenly Terrace Scenic Area, specifically Tiantai Temple. We were grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room to enhance accessibility for elderly guests, as well as their helpful advice on executing our plan. Also for arranging private transportation and providing pick-up/drop-off services. The only disappointment was the lack of variety at the breakfast buffet.
