My send time to stay in this hotel. The reception staff tall guy is very professional and so nice its like im at 5 star hotel. Location is 1 ride away to Namba, also easy to take a limousine bus at Namba Ocat to Kansai. Few meters away to Tsutenkaku. At the reception side theres tables where you can eat and free coffee and water. I will surely book this Hotel again when i come back to Osaka! 5 Stars

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen: metro ja lähikaupat olivat aivan vieressä. Huone oli myös siisti, eikä siellä ollut mitään outoja hajuja. Palvelu oli myös hyvää, eikä minkäänlaista syrjintää ilmennyt. Hotellin suurin ongelma oli kuitenkin todella hidas internet. Wi-Fi pätki videoita katsoessa, ja jopa matkapuhelinverkko oli hidas.

Overall, the service and location were excellent. Very friendly staff and the hotel is close to many places of interest by public transport or within walking distances. Good access to public transport. The only minor thing was probably waiting for the lifts mainly in the mornings, as there are only two small ones. But overall very happy with the service and location.

Our experience staying here was excellent. The hotel was easy to find. Location was good, very close to several metro stations. Also close to several convenient stores. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was also bigger than expected, we could open our luggage easily. Cleanliness was good. Although common room was small, we used it several time to eat conveniently. The only small minus was probably only that the toilet in the bathroom didn't have the usual buttons for bidet function like we commonly find everywhere else in Japan.

The location is great with plenty of shops around and very local to Dontonburi. The room layout wasn't the best, but I think if they rearranged it, then it would be really good. The main issue is having the lights and switches right above your head when laying in bed and no headboard. If they installed headboards in the rooms and moved the position of the bed it would make it so much better. Hopefully the hotel notices this review and makes changes because everything else about the hotel is really good and this would make it an even better place to stay for easy access to so many great areas of Osaka. Overall a very nice stay though.

I had an extremely well time while staying at Hotel Sanriott. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was good enough for one person, amenities and everything else was on the level. But the one thing that stands out here is location: hotel is located in walkable distance to Dotonbori and has metro stations close to it, which helps with moving around (it took me 25 minutes to get from hotel doors to Osaka castle). I shall recommend it to anyone searching for a place to stay in Osaka.

This was my favorite accommodation in my entire 23-day autumn trip in Japan. The hotel location is perfect because it’s just a few hundred meters away from the subway station and from the Osaka Castle Park. There are plenty of restaurant options in the area and nearby stations. It’s not a busy area to be honest, so access to trains was a breeze. I love that the room has a Smart TV and everything I need is available. I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future.

HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

DDeX3007Mostly everything is good, the services, cleanliness and amenities. They even provide simple yet delicious breakfast with reasonable price, and a hotel pyjamas.
The only problem is the laundry service, only have 4 unit and always occupied...and need to wait so long to wash, plus that 1 hour wait to unlock the door after it finished washing, I am not sure is this normal 😅😅
Hope the hotel can look into their laundry service, anyway everything is good 👍👍

RRicky tan sgUnbeatable location as hotel is situated in between two train stations with Nipponbashi being just 5 minutes walk.
Smack right in the center of eateries and shopping, its super convenient!
3 elevators served the Main Tower, which meant a much shorter waiting time
Daily breakfast served delicious local and continental cuisine. I really like tbe coffee machine which served aromatic matcha latte
Room was spacious for 2 pax, clean and functional!
Bathroom was equipped with branded toiletries and the shower had good warm water strength
Staff were friendly, always smiling and polite.
Great stay, highly recommended!

Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet.
There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day)
Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage
Hotel Room:
We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes
But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything.
Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay
Hotel features:
Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views.
The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free.
The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day.
Staff:
Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful
Overview:
100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

RRowell SantiagoOlin hiljattain hotellissa Cargo Shinsaibashi matkalla Osakaan, ja olin miellyttävästi yllättynyt mukavuudesta ja laadusta, joka on pakattu tähän kompaktiin, kapselityyliin majoitus.
Yksi suurimmista kohdista minun oleskelu oli wc ja kylpyhuone alue poikkeuksellisen puhdas, moderni ja viihtyisä. Vaikka on jaettu tila, kaikki oli spotless ja hyvin ylläpidetty aina. Suunnittelu oli tyylikkäämpi, ja tila tuntui enemmän kuin boutique-hotelli kuin budjettikapselin. Tuuletin on varustettu Japanin allekirjoituksen huipputekniikka bidet toimintoja, ja yleinen puhtaus todella ylitti minun odotuksia. Jopa hienovarainen valaistus ja lämmin puu sävy lisättiin rentouttava tunne joka kerta, kun käytin kylpyhuonetta.
Loma-alue oli mukava paikka rentoutua tai tehdä hieman suunnittelua päivä. Lisäksi sijainti on täydellinen vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Shinsaibashi ostoskadalta ja nopea juna kulkee useimmille Osakan hotspots.
Jos etsit hyvin suunniteltua, puhtaaa ja viihtyisä paikkaa jäädä Osaka, suosittelen erittäin Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi. Erityisesti jos arvostat hygieniaa ja mukavuutta yhteisissä tiloissa, tämä hotelli toimii ylä- ja kaukana.
