A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

My stay at The Hosteller Koramangala completely exceeded expectations. This isn't just a place to sleep; it's a lively community where the energy is infectious! The vibe here is genuinely welcoming and social, making it incredibly easy to connect with fellow travelers and make new friends. The common areas and the fantastic rooftop terrace are perfect for relaxing, working (hello, workation!), or simply hanging out after a long day of exploring. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They are unfailingly polite, supportive, and go out of their way to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Booked with payment made completely online. But the hotel didn't receive the payment it seems. But they allowed me once I showed them the payment message.The room with queen size bed is very small as you can see in pictures.

Newly opened posh hotel in ...access I'd via the service road.
Big hotel with good cozy rooms and huge banquet hall for food services in the ground floor.
Lifts are card and wifi enabled so quiet secure place.
Room Service needs improvement but overall good.Food is really tasty.

Really good Hotel, with very affordable room prices good facilities in the room. Rooms are a bargain for the price, but, really sorry to say that the food served at the restaurant on the fourth floor.. was.. pathetic. There is an understandable delay due to shortage of staff, which is acceptable, but food was not even seemed to be average. Need to get a good chef. Could lose room business business with such food. Sorry I don't wanted to mention this but thought it might help you improve your business.

I had a fantastic stay at chancery pavilion The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city, yet it was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting banglore

Meillä oli hyvä 2-day oleskelu ja erittäin miellyttävä yksi. Erittäin miellyttävä, ystävällinen ja apukas henkilöstö. Oli pyytänyt lisävuodetta ja järjestettiin nopeasti. Hyvin keskustaan sijoitettu ja aamiainen levitetään on hyvä. Nautimme myös lounge-alueesta. Kiitos koko tiimille.

VVieraskäyttäjäI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

TTraveling TanI recently stayed at Olive Magrath by Embassy Group in Bangalore and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was as advertised, equipped with all the promised amenities. However, I did find the room a bit dark for my liking, which is something to keep in mind depending on your preference for natural light.
The staff at the hotel were a highlight, always engaging and ready to assist, which made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. Their helpfulness and friendliness added a personal touch that I appreciated.
One of the standout features of Olive Magrath was the amazing co-working space available. It's an ideal spot for digital nomads or anyone working online, offering a comfortable and productive environment to get work done.
The hotel's location is another big plus, conveniently situated and easily accessible, making it a breeze to explore the city or get to business meetings.
Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend Olive Magrath to those visiting Bangalore, especially if you're working while traveling. The combination of helpful staff, great co-working space, and convenient location makes it a strong contender. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangalore.

One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to ”stay here” so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests.
Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh.
Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light.
Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead.
Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlooked😃 Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware.

LLuvsidhuThe room size was noticeably larger compared to other hotels in the same price range, which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping did a good job and cleaned the room daily, maintaining a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety.
The staff were generally polite, though I believe the service could be improved. I wouldn’t describe it as terrible customer service, but as an Indian, I feel our hospitality standards are usually much higher.
One disappointing experience was during breakfast. I gave ₹500 to a staff member to get change, and unfortunately, they never returned. Incidents like this are concerning, especially when dealing with international guests, as it can negatively impact the image of Indian hospitality.
Overall, the stay was comfortable due to the room size and cleanliness, but there is room for improvement in service integrity and professionalism
