Awesome! I booked the ppnk room and it was an amazing experience. I thought that the service was very well done and they were very responsive as well as being a 24 hour service and there was always people at the front desk that you could ask questions to and they were very attentive when I asked them questions so they were awesome I would give this five stars and I recommend everyone else to book the hello Kitty pink room which was very cute and comfortable and spacious.

I chose another accommodation nearby the train station (and airport), but that was cancelled, so Trip.com bumped me up to this accommodation. It was conveniently close to the train station and they offer a free airport shuttle service. The room was what you would expect, although for this price I would expect there to be a fridge in the room - but it seems that in China this is a rare amenity. The check-in staff were very slow, and didn't ask any questions after I handed them my passport. My 64-page passport is almost completely full of stamps and visas (including many Chinese visas), but because they didn't (want to) ask, I just let them leave through it for almost 5 minutes until they found my most recent entry stamp into China.

Generally good especially the location is perfect for us as we wanted to explore the ancient town on foot from the hotel. However there are two shortcomings 1. There is only ONE lift 2. TV in the room is hard to operate

My stay at the Jifeng International Hotel in Kashgar was fantastic! From the moment I was greeted with a complimentary airport pickup to the comfortable and spacious room, every detail exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers the most affordable price without compromising on amenities. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully furnished, providing a perfect retreat after exploring Kashgar. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful spread of local and continental options, ensuring a great start to each day. The staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations for local attractions. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail, from the affordable price to the excellent service and convenient amenities like free airport pickup and breakfast, made my stay in Kashgar truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, affordability, and hospitality in this beautiful city.

非常乾淨的酒店，我原本想在機場住一晚太空艙對付一晚大概90塊錢。但是看到如家neo的評論定了這家，實際體驗如何評價一樣，酒店很新 乾淨 大氣，並且洗衣房配的是商用和全季一樣的lg洗衣機，我把羽絨服都洗了一遍，太爽了，hahahah。總結：很值得住的一家酒店，價格也實惠，睡眠質量絕對比機場住舒服。 整點有接送機服務，一次滿意的入住，下次來烏魯木齊也住這裏。 （關於整點送機，我那天是7點發車，大家提早10-15分鐘在大廳，結果一車人在等一箇中年婦女2分鐘，上車後沒有任何道歉，還要別人幫她關門。在車上和同車人吵架，説就2分鐘怎麼了。 我能理解酒店想服務好每一位顧客。但是為了一個顧客得罪一車顧客是不可取的。已經提醒要提早10分鐘在大廳等待，大家遵守整點發車原則就不會有問題。希望酒店改進。） 設施：很新 衞生：乾淨 環境：大氣 服務：優秀

My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

When I walked into the hotel, I feel really great on the hotel decorations and smell good. But after 5 seconds, once I have talked to the receptionist, I feel really bad and disappointed about this hotel. The receptionist talked to me in Chinese, despite she knowed that I'm a foreigner, and when I can't fully understand her, she sighed to me really hard. And still keep talked to me in Chinese very fast. I don't think that the language is the problem. Her attitude to foreigner is a problem. She shouted to me when I told her that I don't have Chinese mobile phone number, and she still keeped asking for the Chinese mobile phone number, and act likes I'm a terrorist. That's really bad. This shows that JI hotel is not ready to serve the foreigner guests, as the hotel did not provide enough training to their staff to deal with foreigner guests. That's the most disappointing for the big hotel likes JI hotel.

日本人2人で利用しました。 客室のほか共用スペースも用意されていますが、バス・トイレは客室内に備え付けられており、とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。 特にオーナーの男性が非常に親切で、空港までの送迎に加え、中国語での対応が必要な場面において率先して対応してくださいました。中国語が分からない私たちにとって、それらのやり取りはオーナーの助けなしでは非常に困難だったと思います。彼がいなければ、伊寧に入ることすらできなかったかもしれません。本当に感謝しています。
