"The front desk staff is unparalleled. Each and every member made we feel welcome and at home. Until, I reported strange "bites." I didn't use the word bed bugs because I've been in the hospitality industry for 25 years and that's a killer. I went down not one or two or three time times, but 4, before I was told the GM was on site but "on a call." I waited over 15 minutes for him in the lobby and when i finally gave up to take my dog out of the infested room, who did I see in the parking lot smoking a cigarette, Scott Howard GM. I showed him the active and recent bites on my legs and he explained that as he was not a "pest control professional," he was unable to confirm my claims or help me in any way. except to offer me the internet rate, 25% off another booking, should I care to stay.... when I mentioned that was in no way making it right, he rescinded his offer, said, "now I offer you nothing, please vacate the property." I chose to stay at this property for 9 nights and would have stayed another 5 waiting for my new apartment if not for your Gm. i have traveled all over the world and this is the first time I've written an email like this... it took me a week because I wanted to be calm and clear when I reached out. You are doing a genuine disservice to to rest of the staff if you allow that gentleman to go unchecked. "The hotel was large and new, and the breakfast was great, but the faucet in my room was broken, and there was no non-slip mat in the bathtub, so I slipped and fell. I reported this to their manager and the front desk, and they came to repair the faucet promptly and provided a non-slip mat. However, they didn't offer me much further comfort. Fortunately, I'm feeling better now, and I probably didn't break any bones, but I'm still in pain. So, their service was just average."

"Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer."

Hyvin hyvä aamiainen/elollinen ravintola vain minuuttia päässä (Starwood Cafe). Hotellissa on pieni baari ja ravintola, mutta emme käyttäneet niitä. Kaikki näyttivät puhtaalta ja hyvin ylläpidetyt. Muita vieraita ilmeisesti nauttivat niistä. Valituksena oli, että HVAC-huone pysyi pyöräilyllä ja fani oli hieman kova. Olen kevyt nukkuja, joten se on luultavasti vaikuttanut minua enemmän kuin keskimääräinen henkilö."

"Smoking areas were outside. There were several places, but the ashtrays were a little hard to find at first, but once I found them, I didn't get lost lol The room was clean, but the heater didn't work right away, so it was a little cold. The king-size bed was just the right firmness and comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner in the shower room. For some reason, there was no body soap, but two conditioners lol I used this hotel for transit, but there was no shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, so I took a taxi. The taxi fare to the airport was about $30. It was my first trip to America, and I don't speak much English, so I found breakfast very difficult. The woman puts what you request on your plate, but the menu is written on a board in English, so I could only read egg and bacon. If you could see the contents, you would be able to choose what you want even if you can't read it. I hope they improve that. The amenities were neither good nor bad, so there were no particular issues if you were just staying there. I would like to use this hotel again. The whole hotel was very quiet, which was nice."

"The decoration on the third floor of the hotel slightly affects the check-in experience. The soundproofing is average, and the floorboards can make a loud noise even when walking normally. It's not very cost-effective to pay for breakfast separately. It's best to book with breakfast."
