I chose this hotel because Trip.com advertises its a SPA hotel but we asked the front desk and she said this hotel has no SPA.  Finally the manager said the SPA and massage room are not Hotel facilities and are others' property. This hotel is new furbished but not include the stairs and other you may not know portion. The security doors are always open and it can easily access from outside. Attached photos for your reference, you may know the real situation. The hotel pictures are painting and not the really hotel photos. The free breakfast starts from 7:00PM. The drop service request you to take at the right clock such as 5:00, 6:00, 7:00.... If you have flight before 10AM, then it is impossible to have a breakfast. This hotel is not recommended for the international travellers.

Great location, but significant comfort issues Positive aspects: Very satisfied with the general accommodation type. It’s an apartment-style hotel located in a prime area in the bustling city center. Having shopping malls nearby and being so close to the subway station made transportation extremely convenient. The unit was clean and tidy, and the facilities were comprehensive. Also, having 24/7 staff at the front desk is a plus. Areas for improvement (The reality of the stay): However, there were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable: • Room Layout & Comfort: The bathroom is located inside the shower area, which is quite unpleasant and impractical. The space around the beds is very tight, making it difficult to move around the room. • Noise & Insulation: I specifically requested a room far from the elevator, yet I was placed right next to it, making it impossible to sleep well. Furthermore, the kitchen window wouldn't close properly, and the windows in general have poor insulation; you can hear every bit of street noise. • Climate Control: The air conditioning was very difficult to regulate—it was either freezing or boiling hot, with no middle ground. • Hotel Style: Note that this is not a traditional hotel; the ”reception” is actually just a couple of rooms converted for that purpose. Conclusion: While the location is unbeatable, the lack of rest and the room's layout were deal-breakers for me. I would not book this place again and would look for a more comfortable alternative in the area next time.

I was expecting more from the hotel as it was sad that its a quiet place 😂But it was not quiet at all , i could hear everything what my neighbours do and the room was not that clean ,towels were old and broken . But other than that the people who work there are very nice . They help me to transfer to my early plane next morning it was very fast and professional on time . Driver is good and as its sad in trip com it was for free. So i totally can go back but just i need ear plugs to sleep better 🌷

We booked this place as it had two beds and we were heading to Chimelong the next day. It was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and the cost was very inexpensive with a Trip discount. No deposit fee for the key. Close enough to the Zhuhai Train Station to walk but wouldn't want to do it on a hot day, good tree cover if you don't go on the main road. Maps didn't direct well to the location but it was on the main road. Entry is the third T1 door farthest from the river. Not all elevators went to 35, only front 2. We had a room on 33rd floor. Could see Macau Tower and the Grand Lisboa from the window (no idea why I didn't take a picture). And of course, you can see the train station. Plenty of pillows, one three memory form and some cushion pillows. Was also a sofa. Didi was inexpensive to Chimelong and easy pickup from outside.

Tämä hotelli on aarre rauhallisella paikalla! Huone on sisustettu yksinkertaiseen ja ylelliseen tyyliin, ja suurista lattiasta kattoon ulottuvista ikkunoista on upeat näkymät. Yönäkymä on niin kaunis, ettei verhoja halua vetää eteen. Älykäs wc ja aromaterapialaite ovat superbonuksia. Suihkun jälkeen sohvalle käpertyminen ja projektorikuvan katselu on superparantavaa. Liikekeskusta on alakerrassa, ja matkustaminen on superkätevää. Suosittelen lämpimästi laatua arvostaville ystäville!

There is everything I like about this accomdation except the bathroom. Location is about 15min from metro, hotel is also very near to DongCheng Wanda, a very interesting shopping mall cum street vendors, probably d best shopping mall in Dongguan, there are alot of eateries and food price are relatively cheap, down side for the street hawkers litters are everywhere at d end of the day. Back to hotel, it a rare find for the price, it come with a gym, although found out that 2 of the treadmills have belt silppage issue. Had a standard room, room is spacious and come with a washer, the standard room is probably part of a dual key condo apartment, it is smaller in size and there is issue on the bathroom size, it is tiny, I cut my toe while the door, and because it is so small water spashes to the toilet floor during showering, the floor will definitely puddle based on 2 same standard room I stayed for the 2nites, you can ask for more floor mat to wipe the floor after every shower, not sure why they dont add a shower curtain that will mitigate water splashing.

Hotellin ympäristö on erittäin hyvä. Myös vastaanoton palvelu on erittäin innostunutta. Peruspalvelut ovat täydelliset ja puhtaat. Se sattuu olemaan lähellä. Verrattuna lähistöllä oleviin, hinta-laatusuhde on edelleen erittäin korkea. Huoneiden ympäristö näyttää suhteellisen mukavalta ja etäisyys on myös lyhyt. Olen varannut monta kertaa sen avaamisen jälkeen. Kokemus on erittäin hyvä. Tulen uudelleen ensi kerralla.

Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja hotelli sijaitsi hyvällä paikalla, lähellä monia puistoja ja finanssikeskusta. Huone oli mainoksen mukainen, täydellinen yksin matkustavalle, joka haluaa liikkua mahdollisimman paljon. Ainoa suositus on perusteellisempi siivous (lattialla on paljon hiuksia, etenkin sängyn seinää vasten olevalla reunalla), mutta se ei heikennä huoneen kokonaismukavuutta.

The room did not have Canton tower view as per the photos advertised. Unit was decent purely for shower n sleep. We had to lug luggage up 2 flights of stairs from the guard table. We figured out there is a lift 🛗 available under the stairs case. Take up to level 2 and you can push your Luggage easily to the block u booked. Washing machine and pillows has a mild funky smell. Fresh towels are replaced daily. Aircon worked well.The location was not as convenient and I did not see much around. There is a coffee place near the guard table at the main entrance. Friendly welcome upon arrival at unit card collection.

Solo traveller and stayed in a double room. Clean and lots of space for 2 person. There were a few stores - convenience and restaurants (but didnt get the chance to explore), open when I arrived around 2 am. Free transportation to and from the hotel was quite helpful. Not a big issue but they did have old transportations but staff made up for the service needed- pick-up and drop-off were on time.
