I did like the hotel but the pool had moss, location is spectacular. I had to pay a tax because I am Chilean, that was an extra 80-usd. Not ideal, just learned about this law when I got into the hotel.
Rooms don’t have AC, we had to ask for a fan.
Staff was very kind.

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles in Antofagasta very much. The whole staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are not too small and not too big. I appreciate the environmental concept of the hotel, where they advise guests how to save water and do their part for the planet, and yet nothing is missing from the comfort. I could rest very well in the cozy bed with the soft sheets. The breakfast buffet offers everything one needs for a great start in the day. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Piezas con tamaño pequeño, aire acondicionado malo y en esta ciudad es necesario. La atención del servicio de comida salvo la situación. Y la amabilidad de los trabajadores ayuda bastante a la estadía.

AamatravelcharacterI recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they did me earlier check in.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good, offering a variety of breakfast options like omelette, sandwiches, yoghurt with granola, sweets . The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transport to go to San Pedro de Atacama and lots of Peruvian/Bolivian restaurants.
Overall, the Ibis Hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe lodge is 3km outside of town and thus has a quiet setting away from the dust and traffic of San Pedro. The staff was exceptional. They gave us helpful trips for sightseeing, helped us to order a taxi when we didn’t feel like driving to town, and were always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and there is 24h free (and very good) coffee. On top of that, the pool is super refreshing, clean and with plenty of chairs and even a fridge with cold drinks (which you have to pay for of course but the prices are super fair). Bedroom and bathroom was exceptional as well. We loved our stay at Lodge Quelana!

VVieraskäyttäjäWe stayed 2 nights from Mar.2~3, 2025. We could spend time relaxing from the fatigue of the Uyuni 2nights 3days' tour because this hotel gave the comfortable and clean bed and the shower with hot water to us.
This hotel has the beautiful garden and the swimming pool. The breakfast is nice for us.
We were very impressed by the staffs and manager who help us to solve the difficult situation. Moreover, one of the staffs was willing to translate from Spanish to our mother language in order to help
