The worst place I’ve ever stayed. We booked this hotel through Trip.com based on the photos and description provided, but the actual experience was completely different and extremely disappointing. 1. The room was not what we booked. The room we received looked nothing like the photos on the app. When we asked the receptionist about it, she rudely said that the photos were taken at their Tsim Sha Tsui branch. If that’s the case, why would they use those photos to advertise this property? 2. The elevator wasn’t working. We had to find another way to reach the 4th floor, which was very inconvenient, especially with luggage. 3. The air conditioner was not working properly. The room was extremely hot, and the air conditioner was very noisy. We reported the issue, but no one took any action to fix it. 4. The place was dirty. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. It felt more like a rundown motel than a hotel. 5. The TV was extremely old and inappropriate. It even displayed ************ content. (See the attached photo.) 6. There were three condoms left in the room. This was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. 7. The shower was poorly designed. It was installed so low that it seemed suitable only for very short people, making it uncomfortable to use. 8. The sink drained very slowly. Every time we used it, we had to wait a long time for the water to go down. 9. Terrible customer service. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for our complaints. There was no effort to resolve any of the issues we reported. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The misleading photos, poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and terrible customer service made our stay extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I paid and went to checked in myself at midnight then couldn’t stay in the place because its not my style and found another hotel that’s convenient. Then when i went back to my room that i paid for june 5-8, i found out they give it away to other person. I am demanding refund but they didn’t give so why did i pay for a room i didn’t even use? So stupid. Don’t book this place. They are so rude and disrespectful. Give me back my money. So so crazy and inconsiderate

The place is nice, stayed there for 2 weeks. The room was spacious, Totally worth it

Horrible. I was scammed. They showed me the room after I paid, the key didn't work, and the owner kept hitting it with a cup to straighten it. Pathetic. Communication was nonexistent. She didn't speak English, nor did her "friends." I think they were just pretending to talk to her because they couldn't understand her, unable to translate what she was saying. They didn't understand her either. The room didn't feel safe. She refused to give me a refund. Very bad service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room is good but appliances like aircon doesn't wort it well it's cool but not what we expect cooler than cool.. but reception can not speak English we can not communicate it well.

As it is on the pictures , no complains at all

The place so accessible to all transportations,mall,restaurant and everything. The only problem is no hot water at night when showering and it so cold. Also the bed so itchy. But thank you anyway for the good service.

Couldn’t check in on time, had to wait for a guest to be thrown out of their room. I then had to stand at the door and watch the room be briefly cleaned. Room was tatty and old

Rediculous and really bad experience..i booked a room online for 1 day (3pm-12pm the next day) expecting to take a rest when i get there because the time for check in start from 3pm and i arrived before 6pm i found out that no room is available and have to wait on a qeue for more than an hour if someone to check out..the staff is very very rude..she does not care for any complain..they used the room for lovers short time like 2 hours that's why no rooms for online booking..no used to book online in this guest house..really not worth and really bad..
