We stayed here for a family trip and overall it was a decent experience. The room was averagely clean and acceptable for a short stay. Basic amenities were provided, and everything was functioning properly. The overall environment of the hotel was okay, but the property feels a little old and could benefit from some renovation or upgrading. However, it was still comfortable enough for our family to rest after a long day out. In general, it’s suitable for families who are looking for a simple and practical place to stay, though not luxury.

The hotel might have been a grand one 20 years ago, but currently the room and facilities are dated and worn down. Public beach is accessible, but not advised to swim in the sea due to presence of jellyfishes. The carpets outside the rooms smelled musky. Swimming pool is always crowded and too small for the occupancy rates. Went for the complimentary exercise classes, but they were way too simplistic and a waste of time to attend. Gym also smelled bad from the sweat and equipment. Everything in the breakfast either was way too sweet or high in salt content, but it’s hard to get breakfast in the morning nearby so it’s either you eat here or end up hungry. True to its advisement, this hotel is catered to families with young children, so expect lots of rowdiness, noise and tantrums from the occupants.

this is my second stay here..will always be my frst choice if i’m in penang..love the hospitality,cleanliness and the strategic place…easy access to the beach and many choices of food nearby..

I booked a king-size bed for me and my daughter. The room was very big (huge huge size) and had two large air conditioners. There was also a big sofa, a table, and chairs in the room, which made it very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I really liked the shower because it had different water settings you could change. Every day they give two welcome drinks, and you can choose alcohol, tea, coffee, or juice. The hotel also has a kids’ play area, a gym, and a yoga room. They provide filtered water, so you can refill your bottle anytime. We ordered the smoked duck pasta and nasi lemak. The nasi lemak was really delicious. This hotel is so closed to the airport. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Location : This location is very superb. The seaview was astonishing. Food stalls are everywhere nearby. Services : Arrived late night to check in. The receptionist is not that helpful and not explaining much. Got some issues with breakfast where my room suddenly not breakfast included while we paid together for it when booking. Try to explain to the Indian F&B manager but at first he refuse to trust me and ask me to go to lobby. Thanks to Mr Vincent he sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding from the system. To the Indian F&B manager, you need to learn to apologise sincerely from Mr Vincent and learn some manners as I heard you talk bad about other customers as well. Food : Not much choice but the food was good. Overall, will be coming back in the future and I wish the services will be a lot better. TQ

Was looking forward to my stay in Penang but was left disappointed. Imagine entering the toilet wanting to take relief but was greeted by strands of hair floating on the toilet bowl unflushed. How awesome was that, especially knowing that I paid RM 200 + per night. There were 2 rooms in total, with 1 facing the corridor. I was shocked when my room was well lit with lights off at 3 am in the morning. Who, in their correct mind, would install shades with no coverage, knowing damn well that the lights over the corridor are on overnight. To make matters worse, the extra bed in the room was a hindrance to the door. That's the maximum I can open without lifting the edge of the mattress. Did I also inform you that the rooms are not soundproof at all? Noises from the corridor, the living room and even from the other room can be heard clearly. It's definitely a big no no for light sleepers. While this may not be an issue pertaining to the homestay, I would also like to inform that the lifts are always packed, even during weekdays. We have no choice but to take the stairs down 14 floors after a 15-minute wait. So definitely plan well ahead if you have decided to stay here.

I would certainly consider returning in the future.”

We were looking for a hotel near Escape Theme Park, and this hotel was recommended on Trip.com when I searched for a room with a bathtub. The price was reasonable and the location is very convenient, only about 10 minutes away from Escape Theme Park. When we checked in, we were impressed by the beautiful view and the comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent with good variety, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again. Hope to visit again in the future!

Front desk is very friendly, the check in is fast and smooth. They also offer us 2 welcome drinks at the lobby lounge. A Rm 100 deposit is required and will be return upon check out. Room is spacious, but the lighting a little dark, I prefer brighter room. City area, easy to get a grab, very convenient with a pharmacy nearby and also Starbucks.

The location of hotel was great for me. I stayed 3 nights. You can take the CAT bus or other bus lines, There is close to the first bus stop and you can walk to everywhere. In the room was quite quiet. They gave me two bottles of water everyday. I like that there is a bidet.
