5-Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely impeccable stay! This place is super brand new, spotless, and unbelievably classy from the moment you walk in. Huge space with a big balcony overlooking the awesome sea view! It made us all smile waking up to it! The home is simple yet beautiful and immaculately clean down to every detail. The toilet? Super classy and hotel-level luxe. In fact, one of our kids said, It’s like a classy hotel in a homestay!” and they were 100% right! If you want space, style, and that five-star feel without the hotel price tag, BOOK THIS NOW! My family and I can’t wait to return and will definitely book this again, and check out all their 3- 4 bedrooms units! Definitely a gem! Don’t miss it!

The location of the hotel is superb. Opposite JB City Square and 5mins away from CIQ. Convenience for those that want to stay near CIQ. Connected to 2 malls. Private car park. Do take note that the car park a bit narrow so be careful. Breakfast varieties considered average, free for kids under the ages of 12. The only they lacking of is their lifts. The lifts always got problem. This time round stuck inside at least 5mins. Not able to go up to our floor although floor level had been pressed. Hopefully they able to rectify the lifts so that everything going smooth.

Service was very good, friendly and helpful front desk/reservation office. I had a request as it was my son's actual birthday on the date we checked in and the hotel kindly arranged for a complimentary slice of cake. The hotel itself is a bit dated but rooms were clean and spacious. We had 2 smoking rooms on the 13th floor which had a nice view. The AC worked well, the bed was comfortable and the fridge did cool our drinks. Usual toiletries were provided, no hand towels though. Water pressure was alright but you may need to request for a bathtub stopper (if needed) as this was missing from both our rooms. TV channels were a bit spotty, in one room all movie channels were grainy and in the other room it was actually worse, could only see a few local channels. Wi-fi signal was strong. Power points were far from bedside which is to me a major drawback as I could not charge my devices conveniently next to the bed. In one room, one of the power points did not work and we had to use the kettle power point as the other was underneath the vanity table. We didn't bother to call maintenance as we were only there for one night. Location was good, it's not in the city itself but not very far, maybe 10-15 mins by Grab. There's quite a few food outlets nearby if you're willing to walk out of the property. It's also attached to a mall but I think the duty free outlet was being renovated. We didn't really walk around the mall so can't comment. Seems a bit limited though. There's a 7-11 downstairs at the hotel itself for any snack emergencies. Lots of clubs and nightlife immediately outside the hotel but it didn't really interfere with hotel guests so that's fine. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but wasn't terrible. There was no live egg station which is always a disappointment as the pre-prepared eggs became rather dry and unappealing. I saw bread and butter pudding tag which I thought was a nice, however it was not replenished while I was there so couldn't try. Overall, I guess it's alright for the price point.

We recently stayed for two nights at the Country Garden Seaview Suite by Nest Home. While the unit was clean and neat, there were several issues that affected our comfort: - The water heater was not working, which made showering inconvenient. - The sofa and cushions were wet upon arrival. Although a cleaner came and attempted to dry them with a hairdryer for about 10 minutes, the sofa remained soggy and had an unpleasant smell. - The room’s location facing a busy traffic junction made it difficult to rest. Noise from ambulances, car horns, and traffic persisted throughout the night, resulting in poor sleep quality. On a positive note, the room itself was tidy and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the combination of maintenance issues and noise disturbance significantly impacted the overall experience. We hope these concerns can be addressed to improve future guest stays.

The check-in process was seamless; they even provided a YouTube video showing how to walk from JB Sentral to the location. We received two access cards with a manual key included. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, and the view was breathtaking. On the 8th floor, there is an outdoor gym, a kids' playground, and a pool. It would be even better if they provided drinking water and laundry detergent, similar to our experience in Kuala Lumpur. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to borrow the access card after checkout so we could use the bridge to the mall and return to the apartment when my child needed to use the restroom. Overall, I will definitely come back, though perhaps on a lower floor next time, as the high floor was a bit scary for me!

Everything was excellent staying with comfort king bed, nice local & Western breakfast, cleaning room and super view from our room, Recommended and for sure I will book again for next trip cos my families also love to stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing staycation We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed how peaceful and comfortable this place is. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with complete amenities that made our stay very convenient. The view was absolutely lovely, perfect for slow mornings, coffee by the balcony, and winding down after a long day. What we appreciated most was how quiet and relaxing the environment felt, despite being very accessible near the restaurants, malls, convenience store and transportation. Everything we needed was nearby, yet the place still gave that calm, private staycation atmosphere. The room was so clean with aircon and ceiling fan, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen setup was practical, got also Ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. Overall, this is a great spot for anyone looking to rest, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful staycation with a nice view. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you so much again.

We had a lovely 2-night stay here as a family of three with our toddler. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a short family getaway. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. Just no convenience stores that are a walking distance. had to take a grab to a nearby mall but it’s a quick 5-10min ride. would definitely book here again.

We stayed in a lot of R&F Princess Cove service apts for past few years, and this is the best one we ever encountered. Water filter supply, enough cloth hangers, tastefully decorated, tidy and clean. We can feel the owner is very considerate and prepared everything in details. Definitely we must make sure we have this unit in our next JB trip.

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.
