We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giraffe Manor Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully located in nature, very peaceful and scenic. Waking up surrounded by bamboo forest and seeing giraffes so close was a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The service deserves special praise. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the manager, Xiao Wang, for his professionalism, care, and warm attitude. He made sure everything was perfect and that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. Amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt truly special. This is a place that creates beautiful memories, not just a hotel stay. We highly recommend Giraffe Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality, and heart-warming experience. We would love to come back again.

This hotel enjoys an excellent location with great convenience. It is only a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station and the West Lake scenic area, and just a 3-minute walk to the popular IN77 shopping mall. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-kept, providing a comfortable living environment. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful service from Ms. Zhang Weimin, the lobby manager. She was very attentive and patient, giving detailed introductions to the surrounding environment and useful suggestions for getting around Hangzhou. Her professional and warm service made my stay much more enjoyable. With such a prime location, clean facilities and considerate service, this hotel offers superb value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Hangzhou and highly recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

the Hotel/home-stay is right on the main waterway parallel to West Street. Close to all attractions, eateries and shops. I had a room facing West street. Could be quite noisy at night. Note hotel not accessible by car. Cars will stop in main square, involves 3 min walk to reach. During day time, there's a 95 yuan entry fee to old town daily. The room is basic, clean, well thought out, comfortable bed and chairs, functional toilet, built in hot/cold water dispenser. No breakfast provided. Very easy to find eateries close by The owner manager was very helpful, helped me carry luggage from hotel to parking lot. Very good value for money.

The service was excellent and exceeded the expectations.  We were able to check in earlier and got an upgraded room.  The breakfast buffet had lots of food options with decent quality.  The hotel location is convenient to all places where we planned to visit.  A special thanks to Mr. Feng, who helped us to carry the luggage.  We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Chinese garden style resort.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

This hotel is easily one of the top places I’ve ever stayed at in all my travels. Aside from the friendly staff, spacious rooms, affordable rates, and great location, what really stood out was the wide range of amenities they provide, many of which other hotels usually don’t. They have a self-service amenities corner at the reception with items like sanitary pads, heat pads, eye steam masks, lotion, tea bags, coffee bags, and more, all available for guests to take freely whenever needed. Everything is displayed openly, which makes it so convenient as you don’t even need to ask unless they need to restock it. Since we travelled in March during spring, the heat pads were especially appreciated. Another highlight was their in-house café. The coffee was superb, honestly better than some coffee cafés out there. I ordered ice latte every morning before I leave the hotel! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for travellers looking for comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm attitude made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean place with excellent service. I would definitely come back again!

Amazing hotel with personalised service!! Greatly recommended!! They helped me to pick up & drop off from the train station, free laundry service, free noodles at night delivered to the room. They remembered I was going to Shenxianju and offered help to order taxi. Even when I was sick, they accompanied me to go to the clinic and bought medicine! I can't believe a hotel with this service even exists!! They treat my family with personalised service!! 这次来中国旅游所住的酒店真的超出了我和家人的期望，前台人员安排得妥妥的，还没到永康南站就安排了司机在等我了，入住酒店后房间设施齐全很漂亮，每个服务员都很热情帮忙，退房还送我到了车站，让我在这次旅游多了很多方便，谢谢！

Very nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative
