Oleskelu Jiangye-hotellissa oli todella miellyttävä. Huone oli siisti ja tilava, ja siinä oli hyvä valaistus. Lämpimät sävyt loivat kodikkaan tunnelman. Hotellin palvelut olivat erinomaiset, ja siellä oli sekä uima-allas että kuuma lähde. Pesutupa oli todella käytännöllinen. Vastapäätä sijaitseva Daguan Park oli täydellinen paikka kävelylle ja lokkien tarkkailuun, mikä teki kokemuksesta loistavan. Ehdottomasti palaamisen arvoinen paikka.

Had a wonderful stay here. The manager truly knows how to take care of his guests, just as many other reviewers have mentioned. Location: It’s situated opposite the northeast gate of Lijiang Ancient Town. While it’s a bit farther from the town center, it actually gives you the chance to explore more of the surrounding area. There’s also a halal hotpot restaurant nearby and a 7-Eleven for basic necessities like drinking water. The manager was very helpful in arranging transportation for me to start my hike at Tiger Leaping Gorge. You can easily contact him via WeChat—he’s always happy to assist. They also offer pickup services from the train station or airport (for a fee), which is very convenient after a long journey. Just be sure to contact them in advance. Overall, if I have the chance to come back, this would definitely be my preferred place to stay again.

We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.

The hotel is very specially decorated in Tibetan-style and in a very good location which is just opposite from Yueguang Plaza. The room has under floor heating, humidifier and also provides an oxygen generator upon request. There also has a free self-serviced laundry service room on the ground floor. Staff are friendly and give us a very good suggestions on local restaurants which the food is very good and price is very reasonable. They also provided an airport transfer for us. 这家酒店装潢别具一格，充满藏式风情，地理位置优越，就在月光广场对面。房间配备地暖和加湿器，并可应要求提供氧气发生器。酒店一楼还设有免费自助洗衣房。 员工热情友好，为我们推荐了几家当地餐厅，菜品美味，价格也十分合理。酒店还为我们安排了机场接送服务。

This hotel is great if you're using it just for the hot tubs. The staff all seemed a bit unprepared for the services they provided. Most of the hotel is outdoors, the hot tub looked horrible after the leaky roof leaked into it during the rain, they seemed to be unsure of how to do room service, the hotel is outdoors with not mosquito nets so it's almost impossible to be outside at night. The hotels location is literally down a dirt road behind some limber factory so taxis find it difficult to find. The hotel is also way out of the city, do getting to attractions takes a bit more time. Overall it's a nice hotel if you're getting it for a short time or if you need to stay close to the airport.

This is the 2nd time with Homestay. I didn’t expect too much since 1st Homestay didn’t leave me a good impression. However, it’s totally different story here. Staff are extremely friendly , services are perfect, amazing food, bedding is comfortable, pet friendly, nice mountain view from room windows directly, very close to Dali old town. A lot of tour tips are also shared, like local cuisine, nice places to check out. Ever remind you about safety everyday. What else more can you expect! I’m happy to stay here but unfortunately the trip has to move on. We will see each other again.

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

A beautiful hotel located in a fantastic place in Lijiang Old Town. The owner was very welcoming and on arrival let us leave our bags for us to explore the town and when we returned he welcomed us with his own Chinese tea. The room was great! Good size, very comfortable beds, warm, good shower and toilet too. It had a lovely courtyard view and window seat. The owner helped us and answered all of our questions through WeChat and let us leave our bags for our fins day. We would 100% recommend!

FengYou hotel has been the best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. It’s a small hotel in a beautiful villa in the mountain, with tan incredible lake view and located very near the Dali train station. The staff at the hotel have all been extremely kind, helpful and provided us with all sorts of attentions and details. A true 5 star experience during our entire stay. The facilities of the hotel are awesome, and our room is simply incredible: spacious, modern, beautiful and simply spectacular: the terrace and massive windows with the best possible view, along with the biggest and astonishing bath tub made our stay perfect. All the details included in the stay (afternoon tea with cake, all drinks, the evening mushroom soup…) were just the perfect touch for a great experience. As we mentioned to the staff, we will 100% repeat our stay if we’re back in Dali and definitely recommend the stay to anyone looking for a luxurious stay to enjoy the quality of the hotel. 1000/10
