We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

The hotel is very awesome! The heater working very well’ Bed was comfortable and was able to have a goodnight sleep! Even though I arrive late after a long day, the staff still managed to help me with my enquiries to ensure I got everything I want ☺️🙏🏻 Thank you for the great hospitality! We stayed for 4D3N and the experience was incredible. We booked this stay specifically to see the sunrise on the mountain, and it did not disappoint—we saw it every single morning! The hospitality was top-notch. Before we even arrived, the owner contacted us to arrange a pick-up. He was so friendly and helped us carry our heavy luggage both up during check-in and all the way back down when we checked out. We were welcomed with a lovely tea greeting, and he shared great tips on nearby attractions and how to prepare for the mountain trails. Bonus points for the free-flow tea available throughout our stay! There’s also a washing machine and iron on Level 1, and almost all amenities are provided. Highly recommended for the views and the amazing service.

A beautiful hotel located in a fantastic place in Lijiang Old Town. The owner was very welcoming and on arrival let us leave our bags for us to explore the town and when we returned he welcomed us with his own Chinese tea. The room was great! Good size, very comfortable beds, warm, good shower and toilet too. It had a lovely courtyard view and window seat. The owner helped us and answered all of our questions through WeChat and let us leave our bags for our fins day. We would 100% recommend!

Had a wonderful stay here. The manager truly knows how to take care of his guests, just as many other reviewers have mentioned. Location: It’s situated opposite the northeast gate of Lijiang Ancient Town. While it’s a bit farther from the town center, it actually gives you the chance to explore more of the surrounding area. There’s also a halal hotpot restaurant nearby and a 7-Eleven for basic necessities like drinking water. The manager was very helpful in arranging transportation for me to start my hike at Tiger Leaping Gorge. You can easily contact him via WeChat—he’s always happy to assist. They also offer pickup services from the train station or airport (for a fee), which is very convenient after a long journey. Just be sure to contact them in advance. Overall, if I have the chance to come back, this would definitely be my preferred place to stay again.

The room was spacious and bright, with a great view, spotless clean, tidy, impeccable housekeeping ensures every corner is clean, with no odors in the bathroom. Comfortable bedding, soft, skin-friendly and hygienic, very good shower with excellent water pressure. The lighting system that meets all preferences caught my attention, it was possible to have completely bright light, half light or low light and light focused only where it was needed, in this sense I felt myself being in a 5 star hotel. The hotel's attention to detail was evident. When first arrived we were very unsure about the place, because there wasn’t any sign in the building saying it’s an hotel, I thought it was an AIRBNB. The elevator and the carpet in the hallway did not match the excellent quality of the room, we thought we had been fooled by the photos on the app. Fortunately, the room itself was even better !!!! Traveling light, carrying the extremely necessary, it’s so helpful being able to use the washing machine, the hotel even supply laundry soap. Highly recommend it and will stay here again! PS:-Foreigners not familiarized with address system in China, as a reference there is a school next to the hotel - QICAI YUNNAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL- ( took a picture but cannot read the name of the school, show this picture to someone when trying to locate the hotel).

Cleanliness is pretty decent, but don’t expect the cleanliness of a 5* hotel. Bathroom shower walls are slightly moldy at the corners and edges, so if you’re a fussy traveler this may be a 3 or 4 rating. Depending on your requirements, this location can bea 5/5 or a 2/5. This is located far from Dukezong Ancient Town, and far from other restaurants. Scenery is great and quiet from the hustle and bustle , hence the potential 5/5 rating. But since it’s far from other places, food options and “shopping” are limited, hence the 2/5. The room we booked was quite far away from the lobby. It’s the furthest house located. Service is a 5/5. You’ll get full help with your butler carrying your luggage from your car arrival, all the way to your room, and from your room to the lobby when you checkout. Any issue? Just simply WeChat the group chat dedicated for your booking. You get free breakfast 2 choices. 1 porridge set with many side dishes. Or noodle soup. You get free afternoon tea with various choices (coconut latte was good) and a free ice cream cake. At night 8.30 onwards you get dessert soup which was great too. The afternoon tea and dessert soup can be delivered to your room. Not sure about breakfast, as we came out to the cafeteria to eat. Amenities are wonderful, 5/5. Don’t expect a swimming pool or gym here, but you’ll have activities for you to enjoy here without stepping out of the area. A small pool table near the lobby (albeit crapping conditions of the balls). Free sliced carrots provided to feed the farm animals (ducks, swans, goats, pony, donkey), but no feeding of carrots to the 3 doggies!! You also get to dress up in the traditional costume and get free photo shoot with 3 unedited photos for free (per room). If you want the edited photos, do expect to pay a sum (way more expensive than other market rates you can find outside) for it. The room has floor warmer and bed warmer which was great for the cold weather we experienced in end March. It was 0-10 degrees. The toilet was cold. The heating in toilet does not seem to work. So you have to brace the cold and take your shower. But the bed, floor and room was really warm. Hotel also have a restaurant which you can order food for lunch and dinner. But it’s a little on the pricey side. It would be better to ******* and order food delivery. But their restaurant food is surprisingly tasty. So if you don’t mind the price, can order from them. About 180 yuan for 1 meat and 1 vege dish. Overall experience was great. Love the service. If you want a chill time and not travel out to shopping areas, this is a great hotel for you to book. You get the enjoy the “pet farm” life and the nature.

This hotel is great if you're using it just for the hot tubs. The staff all seemed a bit unprepared for the services they provided. Most of the hotel is outdoors, the hot tub looked horrible after the leaky roof leaked into it during the rain, they seemed to be unsure of how to do room service, the hotel is outdoors with not mosquito nets so it's almost impossible to be outside at night. The hotels location is literally down a dirt road behind some limber factory so taxis find it difficult to find. The hotel is also way out of the city, do getting to attractions takes a bit more time. Overall it's a nice hotel if you're getting it for a short time or if you need to stay close to the airport.

This hotel is among a few tenant hotels in this commercial building. So the air-conditioning is controlled by the building landlord. The air-conditioning in my room wasn't working plus the balmy 25°C temperature and blaring noise from the night market, sleep was impossible for the duration of my stay. Actually proximity to the night market was my primary consideration for picking this hotel - I didn't realise the night market was had a stage for their cultural shows that runs until closing time well past midnight. The room was clean and spacious. Toilet and shower works well. Bed is clean. I have no complaints.

Beautiful Hotel with amazing rooms and pool with a view. The breakfast was very variable and also the leisure opportunities, as the hotel offers e.g. a gym and a billiard table. The staff was very friendly.
