"Excellent stay again this year. We have been coming for over 10 years and the quality is always the same. The hotel infrastructure is exceptional in the middle of the mountains with a dream spa. Everything is perfectly maintained with improvements from year to year. The rooms are very spacious with a sublime view of the open-air swimming pool (for those facing south) and the snow-capped mountains in the background. Both breakfast and evening meals are of high quality (with the possibility of choosing "à la carte" if the menu offered does not suit you). The service is lovely and very professional, especially Ugur at the spa restaurant; Kim for lunch on the terrace in the sun; and the team of young people at KaminBar... all are high-quality employees. Only small downside: sometimes a little too much noise in the restaurant with the screams of children (why not create an area reserved for adults?) and especially in the salt cave at the spa (a poster is really necessary to remind that this is a place of calm and meditation)."

"Best hotel we have ever been. Really can not find anything negative to tell about this hotel. Perfect location with an amazing view of the Austrian Alps, just 10 minutes with the bus from the beautiful town of Seefeld. Heated swimming indoor and outdoor pool where we comfortably swimmed without feeling cold even at -3 degrees, open until 20:00.Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, helping us with everything we needed any time of the day, and they even prepared us packed lunch as we needed to checkout before the breakfast. They make you feel like home. Rooms very cosy, clean and ideal for a stay in the mountains. We will definitely go back soon."
