Awesome! I booked the ppnk room and it was an amazing experience. I thought that the service was very well done and they were very responsive as well as being a 24 hour service and there was always people at the front desk that you could ask questions to and they were very attentive when I asked them questions so they were awesome I would give this five stars and I recommend everyone else to book the hello Kitty pink room which was very cute and comfortable and spacious.

Hyvin mukava näkymä ja puhdas huone, curtains ovat lukossa ja ei voi avata kaikki nauttia näkymä kuitenkin. Henkilöstö hyvin mukava ja apua, mutta ei puhunut englanti. tarkistaa oli helppo ja nopea.

Exceed my expectations. We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin. Bed were so comfy. Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars. They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

Perfect hotel for business and holiday. Great and very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to miss Lina Bao who served us very well at check-in and check-out. The rooms were well maintained. The executive lounge is excellent for private working and catering. The 25 meter pool is stunning and helped us to stay fit. We will be returning!

Well, I was awoken at 10:15pm by the staff to confirm I was present in my room and gifted two waters and some fruit. I was then awoken again at 11:30pm by the staff and security at my door informing that the local authorities were in the lobby and would like to speak with me. I come to find out from the officers that the hotel had failed to input my name correctly into the local database based on my foreign passport. After a brief conversation, I was able to go back to bed for the 3rd time that evening at midnight. The next day I was plagued with a headache. The view was forgettable and the Japanese toilet smelled strange, but the shower was magnificent.

新疆伊犁之旅住的最好，最滿意的一晚。穿過一羣本地居民古建築風格的街道，就看到了這家，門口可以停車，很方便。一進院門感覺一天的疲勞一掃而空，院子修的太漂亮了，像是城堡一樣，很有法國南部的感覺。 環境：小院子裏很愜意，可以喝下午茶。這裏離喀贊其民俗街距離大概一點幾公里，開車很方便，有時間慢慢閑逛過去我覺得是很不錯的選擇，喀贊其民俗街更多的住着本地居民。 設施：設施非常齊全，房間很寬敞，老闆貼心的給我們安排了端頭的房子，真的是跟我家風格一樣，是我們很喜歡的法式復古風格裝修，太喜歡了。 衞生：很乾凈，就像是新開業的酒店一樣，打掃的是我們新疆之旅中覺得最乾淨的房子了。 服務：老闆都是伊犁本地人，審美很在線，我還詢問了擺放的小物件哪裡買的，幫忙提行李到房間，給我們介紹，服務很到位，很熱情。

那拉提最驚喜的新酒店！帶娃家庭出遊的天花板體驗～ 孩子春假帶上家人（兩大一小）專程來那拉提度假放鬆，在攜程上反覆對比後選擇了這家新開的哈茵賽度假酒店，入住了景觀套房，事實證明這個選擇太正確了！整個住宿體驗大大超出預期，忍不住來寫一篇詳細好評。 🏨 房間體驗： 尊享無邊景觀套房的面積很大，空間感十足，完全不會覺得擁擠。房間配了一張大床和兩張單人床，我們一家三口住着非常舒適，11歲的孩子也有了自己獨立的睡眠空間，這點對親子出行真的很加分。房間整體裝修風格大氣又温馨，因為是新開的酒店，所有傢俱、床品、衞浴設施都是嶄新的，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭也很舒服，連續三晚都睡得特別踏實。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質不錯，細節上能看出酒店的用心。 🌄 景觀與環境： 這間房最大的亮點就是”無邊景觀”——名副其實！每天早上拉開窗簾的那一刻，整片那拉提的草原雪山盡收眼底，視野開闊到令人震撼。四月初雖然還沒到漫山遍野的花季，但遠處的雪山、近處漸綠的草原和馬場、偶爾路過的牛羊羣，構成了一幅天然的風景畫，孩子每天起床第一件事就是趴在窗邊看風景。酒店周圍非常安靜，空氣清新得讓人捨不得回城，晚上還能看到滿天繁星，久違的治癒感。 💁 服務體驗（重點表揚管家小麥！）： 這次入住最讓我們感動的就是酒店的服務，尤其要點名表揚我們的專屬管家——小麥！從入住前就主動聯繫我們確認到店時間和特殊需求。入住期間，不管是問周邊遊玩路線、餐飲推薦，還是臨時需要加個枕頭、借個充電器，消息發過去小麥總是秒回，處理得又快又周到，全程都讓人感覺被照顧得妥妥帖帖的。退房那天還特意來送行，叮囑我們路上注意安全，真的像朋友一樣温暖。作為一家新開業的酒店，能把服務做到這個水準，真心覺得難能可貴，小麥功不可沒！ 🍽 餐飲與周邊： 酒店含早餐，品種還算豐富，中西結合，孩子也能找到喜歡吃的。周邊去景區也很方便，管家小麥還幫忙推薦了不少當地特色美食，省了不少做攻略的時間。 ✨ 總結一下： 嶄新的硬件設施＋絕美的景觀套房＋小麥無微不至的管家服務＝一次近乎完美的家庭度假！性價比非常高，一家人都意猶未盡。花季的時候一定會再來，到時候還要指定小麥做我們的管家！強烈推薦給所有帶娃來那拉提的家庭，閉眼入不會後悔！👍👍👍

必須給一個超級超級五星好評，本來從賽里木湖開車到酒店很辛苦，到了酒店門口就有一位小姐姐和一位小哥哥出來幫拿行李，直接送到房間，所有工作人員都是面帶微笑，我們去了那拉提晚上回來，工作人員又送來西瓜和酸奶，滿滿的愛心和體貼，早上早餐豐盛，退房了還有工作人員拿行李，完了還送了伴手禮，完了幾個小哥哥和小姐姐在路口歡送，雖然入住時間很短，但是整個過程各個細節太貼心了，情緒價值拉滿了，太温馨了，下次去那拉提肯定還住這裏

The location of this hotel is right next to the ever famous Lake Rayhem. This is more like a boutique hotel with an excellent butler service satisfying your almost every needs. The reception was friendly and as they prepare your registration and room, they serve you with high tea. Excellent coffee with cakes and cookies and fresh fruits too. The manager, Mr. Su took special attention to all his customers looking into our additional needs which was immediately fulfilled within the hours. This is what is so lacking in this area here in China whereby the management take pride in their satisfaction of their customers. They will call to find out if you need them to doggy bag the breakfast for you when they don't find you there and they serve you with a good night milk before you hit the sack. All these fine details required lots of diligent works. This is one place I can see hardworking employees when compared to our places in Xinjiang. Pretty sure they will get lots of satisfying and returning customers.
