"As a Black Diamond member, I've stayed at countless hotels both domestically and internationally, but I was completely blown away by this hotel! I booked the hotel online, arrived that afternoon, paid a 500 deposit, rested for half an hour, then went out to run some errands. I returned at 10 PM and went to bed, leaving at 8 AM the next morning. Here's the kicker: I had just checked out when the hotel called to say I'd damaged their furniture and needed repairs for 400. I live alone, so I don't even know if I damaged the furniture. Only a blunt object would have caused such damage. Do I have nothing better to do? Also, how come it was just the right amount for the repairs to cover my deposit? If I hadn't consumed the water and tea, would the repairs have been the entire 500 deposit? Just a heads-up!"

Free tickets to the nearby Blue House (15 yuan) and free hotel swimming tickets (58 yuan). The Blue House Hot Spring is relatively old, and because the tickets are cheap, you need to buy a package to enjoy the service. There is a children's playground in the swimming pool. "This hotel used Ctrip to trick customers, charging 68 yuan more for booking rooms directly with the hotel. Both Ctrip and the guests were duped. While the hotel's facilities weren't bad, the service was truly subpar. The front desk spoke to customers in an imperative tone, and the first order upon check-in was a 300 yuan deposit. The hotel's banquet hall was busy, hosting four weddings and return banquets for family members during lunch one day. The hotel's large parking lot was unmanned, so upon arrival, the entire lot and the surrounding area were completely filled with cars, making it difficult to find the hotel entrance. The bathroom only had a bathtub, so showers had to be taken standing in it."
