A nice and comfortable stay at this small hotel. The amenities are new and well maintained. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. There is a good and free coffee machine serving Americano coffee for guests at the lobby. The location is convenient for seeing Yanji. The English name of the hotel should be Jin Kai Yue Hotel.

The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jianguo Hidden Hotel. The location is a big plus, surrounded by malls and eateries and just steps away from the metro station, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having a free laundry area together with the gym in the same space was such a thoughtful touch, especially for longer stays. Breakfast was enjoyable too. While the spread was not huge, it was well prepared and satisfying. We got to try some local fruits and regional delights, which added a nice local touch. Both adults and kids found enough variety to be happy. One small wish would be for a concierge service to help with ticket bookings for attractions, but the reception staff were friendly and genuinely tried their best to assist us. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. A solid choice when visiting Changchun.

Homm Changchun Beihu is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in — with first-class service and truly world-class hospitality. A very special thanks to the reception staff, gym team, and hot spring attendants. Even though I don’t speak Chinese, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and foreigner-friendly. They patiently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, welcome, and at home. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant design, comfortable rooms, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing hot spring. Everything is spotless, modern, and carefully maintained. For any international traveler visiting Changchun, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s foreigner friendly, luxurious, and highly recommended. The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor. The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed. I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard. Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!

Very nice, modern place, just a couple of minutes walk from everything (+ free shuttle to the lift if needed), also a good location to hang out a bit after skiing. The staff was very nice and supportive, pretty good breakfast incl. Chinese and a few Western options. Fully recommended.

Location is good, near to most of the tourist attractions. Only bad side for me is that their bath towels stink of cigarettes smell, and the walls are pretty thin. First 3 nights into my stay was good, the last 2 days was terrible as a family checked in beside my room, made so much noise and the thin walls could not block those sounds. Anyone who is a light sleeper please do not come here.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

They were quick to answer any questions I had and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure mystaywasenjoyable. I appreciated the ir professionalism and willingness to assist me with anything I needed. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the room a warm and inviting feel. The bed was soft and plush, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Overall, I was impressed with the room and felt right at home.
