"Excellent hotel, great in-room facilities, the best were heated floors, towel racks, a nice tub bath, big room, comfortable. The only disadvantage is that it has very average views - some mountains but there is a lot which is used for maintenance and repairs outside. Another thing was that we visited in March when the hotel was not occupied so there meals were a la carte and limited at that."

We booked a one-bedroom suite, and it exceeded expectations — incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out. The 1.5 bathrooms were especially convenient while traveling with kids, making the stay even more comfortable. One of the most unique touches was the complimentary Bhutanese traditional attire provided for guests, along with the opportunity for photography — such a lovely cultural experience! The food was excellent, with a wide variety including great Indian options, and the service throughout our stay was warm, attentive, and seamless. We also tried the spa, which was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
