"This very nice hotel was selected for me by my Thimpu tour planner. It is clean, has comfortable beds and is quiet. It is located on a hillside facing the giant Buddha statue which is lovely lit up at night. Restaurant on the top floor has delicious food prepared to order (I'm a "one chili" person and loved their spinach datshi). The hotel is on a busy road (but you don't hear traffic). It not walkable to the town of Thimpu. Rooms have excellent heat you can control tho I did have some difficulty maintaining a warm shower (apparently an issue they are addressing)"

"I stayed for two nights and my room was cozy but clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. The location is very good in center of main Thimphu city and walkable to most shopping and restaurants and sights. The outdoor patio dining area is nice on a sunny morning or evenings. I tried the dosa and a local dish of beans and cheese dish which were both delicious. I would definitely recommend visiting!"

One of the most unique touches was the complimentary Bhutanese traditional attire provided for guests, along with the opportunity for photography — such a lovely cultural experience! The food was excellent, with a wide variety including great Indian options, and the service throughout our stay was warm, attentive, and seamless. We also tried the spa, which was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. What truly sets Termalinca apart is its location — quaint, peaceful, and nestled beside a flowing river that creates a serene, almost magical atmosphere. A must-stay if you’re visiting Bhutan. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed in Numinous Hotel for 2 days and had a very pleasant experience. They greeted us with a hot cup of tea and we very helpful throughout. The food was sumptuous and we relished our breakfast and dinners. Rooms were neat and very well maintained.. there is also a karoke club in basement where we had fun singing and drinking some Bhutanese beer. Overall a very pleasant experience, staffs are conginial and the rooms are excellent with a good view. I highly recommend this place for stay anyone traveling to Thimphu"
