VVieraskäyttäjäGreat find with great staff. We booked a twin room and had a spa jacuzzi in it. Huge sunken bath. Excellent showering facilities and just a quirky but stylish room on the 16th floor. The staff here are just great. We don’t speak Mandarin and most didn’t speak English but we all figured things out and just had a superb stay. The breakfast. The breakfast is just other worldly. So many cuisines and wonderful staffing. Thanks for two English guys for making our stay so easy and delicious.

VVieraskäyttäjäAll in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

SSamantha AltmannA beautiful hotel. We were lucky enough to be present for the Peony festival and the streets were magical. You do need to walk a bit with luggage as the cabs cannot drop you to the front door, but it was worth it. There are little bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash, but ours were not full so we had to use them sparingly, the quality was very good though.

AAnastasia.AroundTheWorldI have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan. Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already. I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.

JJK015I love them. The staff always reply my question anytime I have. I asked them question through Trip.com message and they replied simultaneously. I was there when the park closed because of the wind storm. They were patient and gave me information. I was also got the room upgrade, since they think it would be safer and more convenient for me. The room was spacious. Location is perfect, the shuttle bus station is just a in front of the hotel. I cannot speak Chinese but we conversed smoothly with Trip.com message (The platform is even better than WeChat for my opinion)

Kylpy on hämmästyttävä, mutta super kuuma ja kylpyhuoneet ovat vain puuttuu viimeinen loppu kosketus. aamiainen ei ollut tyylimme; maissi kasviskeittoa. Sänky on hämmästyttävä, ei liian kova kuin monet kiinalaiset. Myös huoneemme oli itse asiassa tupakointi vapaa, toisin kuin monet muut “ei tupakoi” huoneita. Erinomainen oleskelu! Kuva on näkymä huoneestamme. Olimme yläkerrassa, huone suuri tubi.

However, the room size and the design are at the 4-star levels; all the hotel staff is well-trained and polite with an unlimited supply of bottled drinking water which I consume at least 5-6 bottles every day. I was on a trip and used the room as my remote office for a week and it is quiet and pleasant.
