Varasin Ctripin paketin A-alueen mökkihuoneeseen kaksi kuukautta etukäteen uudenvuoden juhlintaa varten. Alun perin ajattelin vain sijaintia, koska se on lähellä Guangmingdingiä (vain 10-20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä), mutta se ylitti odotukseni täysin. Ensinnäkin huone: se ei ole suuri ja sisustus näyttää vanhalta, mutta se on erittäin puhdas ja hyvin varusteltu, sisältäen älykkään WC:n ja kenkäkuivaimen. Suurin ongelma on huono äänieristys, mutta ehkä kaikki olivat väsyneitä vaelluksesta, joten en kokenut häiriötä kello kymmenen jälkeen illalla. Yllättävin osa oli palvelu. Palveluhenkilö lisäsi minut WeChatiin sisäänkirjautumispäivänä, joten voimme kommunikoida milloin tahansa, ja hän antoi usein hyödyllisiä vinkkejä, kuten auringonnousun ja -laskun ajat ja paikat, erittäin ystävällisesti. Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style.

Very satisfied with our stay at Xihai Hotel. We booked a suite room (Area B) for a family, but I think because of off peak season, they have the capacity to upgrade us to two bedrooms in the main building (area A) and we are very grateful for that. From the beginning the service was excellent, we were taken to our room and showed what was available. Everything in the room can be used without extra charge and can call to ask for more. Amenities and toiletries are available, room is very clean and breakfast buffet is included. Buffet dinner was ¥180 per person and it has enough varieties (mainly chinese food with some pasta, pizza, cakes). The front view of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Huangshan Mountain. The staff also very informative to guests about sunset and sunrise for the day. There were also a performance after dinner at the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel also provides two hiking jackets and a torch to help hotel guests to go out and about to hike the mountain. Our family has had the best time at Xihai Hotel and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay overnight at Xihai Hotel. You won’t disappointed.

Huangshan Tunxi Old Streetillä oli kaunis oleskelu Yujian No.8:ssä. Huone oli hyvin tilava ja kaunis suunniteltu taiteellinen ja tyylikäs kosketus, luomalla lämmin ja ainutlaatuinen ilmapiiri. Sijainti on täydellinen, aivan Tunxi Old Streetin sydämessä. Oli erittäin mukava kävellä ulkona ja nauttia kävely historiallisen kadulla, tutkia kauppoja, paikallisia snack-ja viehättävä ympäristö. Butler palvelu oli erinomainen. He auttoivat meitä järjestämään kuljetuksen Huangshan Scenic Area ja myös rautatieasema, joka teki matkamme hyvin sileä ja mukava. He antoivat myös suuria suosituksia herkullista paikallista ruokaa. Heidän lämmin vieraanvaraisuus todella tehtiin meidän oleskelu on miellyttävämpi. Yleensä se oli iloinen kokemus ja täydellinen paikka jäädä vierailla Huangshan.

房間稍微小了一點，但是，也行！還有一個小天井，非常具有中國園林的風格。住着，喝喝茶，聊聊天，早飯也不錯，出行也方便，離罍街也不遠！對面有商場🏬，一次偶然看到，選了這家！想不到，有意外的驚喜，非常滿意。下次，來合肥，還住這裏！！

10/10 for staffs if this hotel. I got a personal butler who helped me with everything, from taking pictures to book entry to Tiandu Peak. He provided all infomations for mento cathed sunrise. Thank you so much! The staffs at reception were also great. Some of them could speak English and that even make think easier for me. Another good point was location. It was super brillant and easy to reach both to Cable way and Tiandu Feng.

This hotel is in a beautiful location, the architecture and layout of the build is clean, playful and refreshing. The staff's English was good which was helpful for when communicating as they were helpful and knowledgeable about what routes and paths on the mountain. We were able to catch the stunning sun set and sun rise during our stay on the near by peak, roughly a 15 min walk. The only downside to our experience of this beautiful hotel was the food, the food was buffet style for dinner and breakfast. For such a modern and spacious hotel the dining room seemed to be to small for the amount of guest. Many of the dishes that came out were cold which was a disappointment as the flavours and range of food on over was vast.

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

清明小長假獨自來淮南旅行，這家酒店位置挺好，離小段牛肉湯很近，騎自行車5分鐘就能到，我天天過去打卡。酒店挺智能的，可以刷臉坐電梯，刷臉開門，完全用不到房卡。房間內設施也挺好，這是我第一次遇到電視機連電腦的酒店，可以玩遊戲。唯一的槽點是房間朝南，又有扇超大的玻璃窗，陽光把房間曬得像個温室，但空調製冷又沒辦法用，房間裏挺熱的。

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.
